Excellent experience with The Garage Door Team. There was a last minute rearrangement of the installation due to deep snow, but this was done quickly and efficiently. The site survey was carried out very professionally with a quote provided very quickly. The installation team were on time and did an excellent job, even taking the old door away. Also, a big shout out to the lady in the office who kept me up to date with everything.

I found this company on the internet as i needed a repair to the front of the garage and a new door. From start to finish I have received excellent service from the office based staff (Lynne And Jayne) to the team that did the replacement door and the re-modelling of the front garage. They have made our garage look like a brand new one, all 3 staff were so lovely and polite too. I also found the price too very favourable given the work and time involved ,i would really recommend this company.

From the initial survey, through to installation, they were thoroughly professional.

I was going informed on n the installation time and the fitters were ten minutes early. The two young men made an excellent job of the installation and left everything spotless before packing up and leaving.

Amazing from start to finish.
Simple, quick and reasonable quote. Fitting team were friendly and efficient and left our garden tidier than it was on arrival. Couldnt recommend enough!

Whole process was smooth and installation was problem free, with a good product at the end of it. Only two minus points for me:

*The two installers didn't wear facial coverings and didn't seem too bothered about social distancing with me and my family.

*The cleanup wasn't the greatest - dislodged material and dust piles caused by the work were left for me to clean up, as were snipped off cable ties. Also the white doors were left dirty, meaning I had to clean them straight away.

I can recommend this company , I contacted them , Ian arranged to come out to assess , give me a price and a fitting timescale , and well within the time scale Sam and Brad arrived , fitted the new door and took the old one away . The lads were polite , friendly , tidy and efficient, talked me through the new door , cant fault them !
