I booked my trip to Switzerland with The Swiss Trip (TST), a local tour company. I've been traveling the world with my wife for years, and I plan the details of our trip myself. I was initially surprised by the detailed planning of this trip. However, despite being 71 years old, we followed all the details as planned. Although the details were easy to understand, their punctuality surprised me greatly. The prices for 5 nights and 6 days were very, very reasonable. Although the hotels were 3-star, they were very clean, comfortable, and the staff were very generous. The breakfasts, especially the cheese and fruit, were wonderful. I highly recommend TST's tour programs. Thank you, Jhon & Jesper.

John is very professional with quick communication every time we had a doubt. Our total 12 day Switzerland with Italy itinerary was wonderfully planned. We never felt it was a self guided tour. The local team assisted us throughout our vacation making it a truly smooth and for sure a memorable experience.

After reaching out to them with my planned travel dates, and being a first time traveller to Switzerland, the team shared key information on what type of services they offer, and what to expect as a traveller.
They even provided the required letters of assistance, itinerary and hotel bookings to facilitate the process.
Around 2 weeks prior to travel, a full itinerary was prepared for me. It was detailed, providing information on what/ how/ when to visit each place. It was extremely helpful.
The team was also accessible throughout the process via Whatsapp.
TheEuropeTours provided a value for money service. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Switzerland and Europe in general to give them a go. You won't be disappointed.

We had been to Switzerland for 8 days during Sept'25

The itinerary was very well planned, covering all the major highlights of Switzerland.

Hotels were comfortable, conveniently located near airport.

The Swiss Travel Pass made travel between cities and excursions seamless and stress-free.

Excursions like Mt. Titlis, Zermatt, Rhine Falls, and Chillon Castle were unforgettable experiences.

The mix of nature (mountains, lakes, waterfalls) and old towns, chocolate & cheese factories) gave us a complete Swiss experience.

All transfers and arrangements were smooth.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the best of Switzerland.

We booked a trip to Greece visiting Santorini, Mykonos, Athens and Istanbul in Turkey from 14/9 till 24/9/2024. This was our second time using Swiss Tours to manage our travel arrangements, the first was to Switzerland in 2022. They provided excellent services right from the start when we first made an enquiry about this trip in April 2024.

We get advance and regular reminders with regards to airport pickups, ferry services, hotel pickups, local tours and cruises. Their service advisors, John and Arya were always on hand to assist. Once when the local tour coach left without us in Santorini due to miscommunication of pick up venue, they helped us rejoin the tour due to their prompt actions.

All the hotel accommodations offered were conveniently located close to tourists attractions. We have no hesitation using Swiss Tours for our future trips in the near future.

Our Swiss tour was simply a dream come true. The itinerary was easy to follow, the hotels were at the best locations. Dormero hotel in Zurich was a bit dissapointing due to not having 24x7 reception and gives service a lower standard. Other than that a well organized trip, payments went flawless, a good price & great communication. We would highly recommend this tour and we would sure plan another tour in the near future.
