Theeb rent a car is not trustworthy, I rented a car from theeb in Dec 2023 and they hold my money from credit card, after returning the car they took all the charges, however after exiting from saudi they again took money from credit card, after contacting them they said it was mistake and will return money back to my account.

They claim that the amount is transferred twice to my account but after showing several proofs that the amount is not received they accepted twice that there is some issue with transfer, unfortunately even after 8 months the amount is not received and the person dealing with this issue is not reachable, the way theeb has been dealing to resolve this issue is not at all professional.

After having such a memorable trip to Saudi, Theeb rent a car has given a bad experience.

I visited Abha for the weekend and dicided to rent a car to see the nearby village of Rijal Almaa. But I made the mistake to rent a car from Theeb at Abha Airport.

I was told that I had to pay a deposive of 2000 SAR, which would be transferred back to me after 21 days. I paid the deposive but now after 2 months I still haven't received my money.

When I asked Theeb why they haven't transferrred the deposive back to me, they just keep saying that they will to do it soon. But nothing happens. Just endless of email korresponding and empty promises.

I would strongly recommend that you use one of the international car rental companies if you want to rent a car in Saudi Arabia. For Theeb cannot be trusted.
