Lovely collection
Love the Designer Room. Have shopped there on numerous occasions. This was my first time in their Kilmarnock showroom and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and I was left to my own devices, wandered about for ages with no harassment. Will definitely be back.

Avoid at all costs. Ive been a very frequent customer over the years. I visited the new store in Kilmarnock and bought a bunch of new range items. Paid and was excited for delivery. 2 items arrived in store, I collected and once home and opened was shocked at the condition of both items. I had to return both items in store. Another wasted trip. I got a refund on one item but agreed a swap on the other to come with my delivery. My 3 items came to be delivered, firstly the exchange item they didnt bring the right thing and it had to be returned again! My MATCHING sideboard and table were delivered and the sideboard had a lot of damage! I wanted to return but liked the furniture.. I arranged another delivery and had to take a half day at work due to the 6 hour delivery window. Waited in, delivery came for the second time and the second one was more damaged than the one they took away. Absolutely unacceptable. Stuff is extremely poor quality and the customer service are a joke. Not empathetic to their customers, and very poor attitude. Would strongly discourage purchasing. People work hard for their money, hoping by the price they are purchasing quality items and Im afraif you will be left very disappointed with your experience.
Update to the businesses reply. I have done as requested and asked twice for my case to be escalated to regional manager and further proving the terrible customer service, they will not do so.

It's clear from your review that you've experienced a series of issues, from receiving damaged items on more than one occasion to an incorrect exchange being delivered and the inconvenience of multiple trips to store and taking time off work for repeat deliveries. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly when you were excited about your purchase.
This is certainly not the level of service or quality we aim to provide, and we'd like to apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment you've experienced.

Customer service at its best to satisfy me to get what i wanted after seeing it last week.Making the effort to send pictures to me on Monday and today to get the right mirror i wanted.ive been in retail 43 years and my biggest value was customer service and going out my way to help.well those two ladies certainly achieved that in a big way.Cant thank them enough for thr professional approach.well done

Received excellent customer service from James at Braehead outlet. He was very approachable and knowledgeable about the product type we were looking for. He checked for options and availability and explained the ordering process and timescales delivery etc very clearly. We are happy with our experience in store. Minor negativeoverall and not James' fault is delivery cost £69 which is excessive for a product being made for us and coming from your warehiuse after factory.

We could not have received better service anywhere! Saira at the Braehead branch was excellent. She was so courteous and helpful and it was obvious that she had a great knowledge of the products. When explaining what we were looking for she took her time to escort us around all the items she thought would match our plans and we got all that we needed and more! A big thanks to Saira.
