The features on the order weren’t full…

The features on the order weren’t full explained to me , wanted to cancel or get a voucher and purchase a more exspensive chair but wouldn’t do it there Customer Service is absolutely terrible I’m left with a chair that’s no use to me . In a pensioner and need a chair to be comfy in due to my ArthtisReally awful

The new shop has a huge "WOW " factor, it is stunning. The management and staff are lovely, so pleasant and friendly, always genuinely smiling. As a regular customer it was very special to be given a lovely gift, thank you. On Wednesday I bought a lamp, today, Friday, I went back to buy another one!
Fantastic service, beautiful shop.
