The assistant was a lovely girl and you have a great shop

The ladies on the shop floor were lovely and my sitting room rug is brilliant. I have searched for a good quality rug for a long time and very pleased to say found it in your store

James he is such a lovely person, a credit to the designer rooms. He makes you feel so welcome, he is so helpful taking his time to understand what your looking for. He is so cheery honestly i would not go to any one else for my products. Thank you James. 😊

Staff were all lovely. Asked if I needed help then left me to it. Didn’t pressure me however when I needed help to purchase items Saira was so helpful couldn’t have done more. Would definitely be back.

The nice guy that served me also love the shop could have bought everything new for my house such a good selection

Great customer service fantastic store layout

James at braehead, lovely, kind, knowledgeable and great communicator. We did not intend to buy anything but his patience and chat made us buy a new rug and coming back for chair.
