Recently made a purchase with The Cosmetic Boxes - I had a pretty tight turnaround and they were able to deliver, which was a huge relief!! The team loved our customised paper bags, they looked exactly how we wanted them to. Super happy with our purchase and they were able to quote a great price too. Leo Arden was exceptional throughout! Thank you very much - we will be working with you guys again :)

Daisy is the most understanding and helpful contact person and the management is very flexible, too. Excellent customer service. The quality of the paper is amazing and the designer and production team is always open for changes when you need it. A pleasure to work with them. :)

My experience was very good, as soon as I contacted them, they helped me a lot and I was able to at least solve something that I hadn't known what to do for a long time, and what I liked the most is the consideration they have for small and medium-sized companies when putting their minimum quantity that is really affordable

I was looking around for a supplier of boxes for my skincare brand and had asked quotes from a few. Daisy reached out to me and gave me a quote. Although it wasn't the cheapest she matched the cheapest quote I got. She constantly worked with me during the design stage of the boxes and no matter how many times I requested any changes they were made. The design looked beautiful but I was skeptical how they would be executed. The boxes arrived and they were stunning. Great quality and great execution. I has used another supplier before but these were prettier. I would 100% recommend and looking forward to use them again for my next product development.

Lied to us from the start.
its a .co.uk website but they are not based in the UK.
Stated that they were in the UK. I even asked where their printing office was and they stated London.
The goods came from Pakistan, so took longer than we needed and we paid an express service.
A parcel turned up after the main delivery which they did not clear through customs and has caused issues with DHL which are stil chasing us today after over a year.
Quality was not great either .
I would never use again. Avoid!
