Ordered chemicals 8 days ago . Courier delivered someone else’s parcel . Umpteen phone calls . 2 dates told would be delivered to no avail. Constant fobbing off and won’t resend order . Don’t waste your money on a site that won’t sort out goods you’ve paid for

I ordered for the first time £700 worth of equipment. it didnt state on the website how long it would take to arrive, so i called them to have the phone put down on me by the sales manager Rob, who was extremely rude and then put the phone down twice more on me. He told me to shut up whilst he spoke. he then refunded me and blocked my account but didnt even tell me he had done so and also told me the customer is not always right even though i didnt do anything. I only phoned them to clarify delivery and he told me it stated clearly on the website in an arrogant tone even though it clearly didnt. This is absolutely appalling and i will be taking this up with the ombudsmen. STAY WELL CLEAR!! Absolutely shocking behaviour from this company and they lost a very valuable customer!

Do not waste your money! ordered just short of £200 worth of gear asked them to leave it in a safe place and I have never received it sent 4 emails and whats app that were ignored, phoned 3 times and the last time spoke to Rob the dispatch manager who said "not my problem" and put the phone down on me haha what a joke phoned back and asked to speak to his manager and was told no, also asked for a copy of the phone call recordings and was told no what a terrible attitude this guy has he even told me that the bad reviews were all about him. I emailed Andrew John Cartwright who is the MD and he didn't have the professional decency to reply! he must be very proud of his staff who have no idea about customer service, I have been a customer for years but no more. DISGUSTING SERVICE

Avoid at All Costs – Dishonest and Terrible Service!

We had an awful experience dealing with Shaun, the director of The Cleaning Warehouse. After multiple issues with our order, false promises, and a complete lack of communication, we were forced to do a chargeback because he failed to process the refund as he had initially stated.

After some research, we discovered that Shaun also runs SJB Cleaning Services NE Ltd. While we didn’t deal with him through that company, if it’s anything like The Cleaning Warehouse, then G-d help you! The service was absolutely shocking—not only did we not receive our goods, but getting a refund was made impossible.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. Untrustworthy and unreliable!

Spent £3000 on water genie system which was sold to me as “future proof” been back at the shop every 4-6 weeks since as it’s constantly breaking down, bought another battery then some split relay thing for another 240 (even though i was sold the ‘COMPLETE’ set up - they even charged to fit it!) and two weeks later same issues! Joe to be fair fixed it again I left the store happy! 6 weeks later same issue!! This machine is costing time, money and affecting my reputation! Imagine driving from Birmingham to Chester at 5am and your system not coming on unless you leave your van running?! Or carry a portable booster pack everywhere again another expense to buy and charge daily!! I have been trying to contact the manager Joe for 5 days and keep getting fobbed off. Who ever is on Dispatch is terrible patronising and rude he needs to work on his customer service skills, saying tarrah all cocky like it’s a joke this machine is affecting my business! Luke was very helpful in the past when he could be but the store is a hour away from me!
I have never left a bad review but unfortunately I have been treated in such a way that this is all I have left before I go to check my consumer rights and look at getting a full refund as I have 0 confidence in this machine and I was promised something that’s not been delivered!

Clearly selling second hand/refurbished equipment as new.

Ordered a large item. Was a bit nervous after reading reviews but have to say the communication from this company was brilliant. We were kept up to date with delivery details and they did respond to a question on the same day. Very pleased with the order and I am so glad I put my trust in this company. We would recommend this company and would use again. Very pleased.

Recently made a lot of purchases from them. A lot of the stuff of varying quality. So would be reluctant to purchase again. However the real let down was customer service. Both on the phone and email, the staff were difficult to contact and rude. Tried to return an item which proved very difficult even though it had been mis sold and wrongly listed on the website.

Let me down big time at last minute I will never use again I called them was told one day it was being delivered then no delivery next day I called said they was busy and would ring back they didn’t bother so I called them back after a few hours to be told oh yeh the item was damaged on route and it wouldn’t be delivered no offer to resend after 7 years of using them it’s not the first time but it’s the last as I won’t use again !! Best to make up your own mind on them as I was a customer they didn’t careless about !

Absolutely shocking customer service. Rang up to say that the WfP pole I'd purchased 2 weeks prior was broken. Arxxehole I spoke to on the phone said it was my fault as it was fine when it left them. He didn't even ask me what was wrong with it. Spoke to me like a lump of SXxT on the phone, I demanded to speak to a manager and I was kept on hold and not answered. They really need to get rid of this person from their team. All the other reviews state the same problem with thd same person. Do not use this company. Plenty of other decent ones around to deal with

Purchase a chemical trolley, the water genie.
Equipment failed and disintegrated causing body harm.
Other pieces of the equipment failed squirting acid all over the place.
After 3 repairs we’re still refused a refund.
Awful attitude from a certain member of staff, presuming he was a manager or supervisor.
Awful experience would not recommend and over £1200 down, not happy.

orderd a v16 controller which came faulty sent it back wont refund me due to saying its my fault no comunication with them rang manytimes just got told tecnical suppost will ring me back and never did no i have no controller and £100 down and no response!
ordering from this company is a gamble and would be worth spending elseware and will be doing from now on and so will most otherr companies in my area

Looking at buying an item for £400. Before I do I want to make sure it’s right for my needs. Sent two emails to cleaning warehouse over a couple of weeks, no reply.

Called them and they said their technical team would call me back. Didn’t happen.

Needless to say I’ll be spending my £400 elsewhere.

I read an awful lot of bad reviews about this company after making quite a major purchase from them! If I had read the reviews before I would have been put off purchasing.
My experience was very different from what these reviews say. I was kept very informed of my orders progress and the promise of delivery made to me the day after purchase was honoured.
What I have learned here is that I really shouldn't take for granted all that I read online.

I placed the order containing a few 5litres detergents packed across two boxes and one was not there. I contacted the company and I received no assistance also saying the parcels were signed for which was not the case. The person who emails back does not put their name, it's all anonymous from the side. Anyway, lost one item and they gained one more review. I would not use them again.

ordered two Ettore channels and one handle, they sent me the two channels but not the handle. Obviously you can’t use said channels without a handle, call them up and spoke with a complete condescending patronising man, who told me that the handle wasn’t in stock and is discontinued, and I can send back to two channels at a cost to me. If you couldn’t fulfil my order, why not call me and let me know there’s no handle, and I would of politely cancelled the whole order. On another note I used the company to buy my waterfed pole system when they first started out as a new business from their old premises at a cost of approximately £2500 plus I brought poles at an extra cost as well, and use them to remount the system into a new van at a cost of approximately £400 about three years ago, and I recommended a fellow window cleaner to them who also spent thousands on a new system, so I have spent a lot of money with them. I will have to admit that I was incredibly rude to the said person on the phone, as I was spoken to in a very patronising way. I will not be using or recommending this company ever again. Just look at their one star reviews.Your only as good as you last phone call.

Lots of negative reviews for this company, all I can say is that I've visited the store twice in 2 weeks and have been greated by very helpful staff. I have yet to order online and try out their delivery service. Gary - Stourbridge

Wish I had read these before ordering 24/01/22 still waiting for scraper blades,rang 3 time,s to ask for a refund as replacement not arrived next day delivery is available now a days ,to be laughed at down the phone yes I was mad as my partner needs these for work won't be using you again you need customer training for your phone advisers as there shocking avoid plenty of other window cleaning firms out there with great service be warned !!!
