I was informed by yourselves that you could deal with my car finance claim even though I didn’t have any documentation. Since then you have requested information from myself on several occasions even though I could not answer your questions. I have found this most concerning. Have you found the information you said you could get? I don’t hold out too much hope!

The Claims Guys Legal have been absolutely brilliant sorting out my husband's claim, as he is now disabled and is now in a Nursing Home due to a spinal cord injury that has left him paralysed, he has been unable to sort all the paperwork et. seq out. The Claims Guys Legal have been outstanding. I myself had no idea how to sort out my husband's claim.

I get information time to time by email and I have spoken to Ford claim Slater and Gordon was acting some of car finance claims today I told the ford claim department they taken there name out for claims they wanted to send them more information about two claims which they send me details I will forward to you by email.mr Sahota
