About to order my second batch, first was great, as was the customer service. Not sure what others have experience re lack of communication, but after believing my order was underweight and emailing them accordingly (I was wrong, bought scales which confirmed weight) they responded immediately and kept in contact until I proved myself wrong.

Excellent service,,my 3rd order already, top quality products, fast reply and dispatch I highly recommend, I wouldn't be put off by some of the other reviews others have left, as I've had a pleasant experience with them and will Continue using them. The price is right and the products are top notch, from a satisfied customer.

Ordered a oz of lemon haze hash has amazing aroma taste and effects very please with this customer service and quick delivery highly recommend this site

Placed an order which wasn’t delivered, contacted them via email and was promised a “replacement” even though my original order didn’t arrive. This was a lie as nothing sent and the seller stopped communicating. Now out of pocket. Very unprofessional!!

First time customer and it won't be my last. Ordered Sunday and received today and this is only due to bank holiday. The service is brilliant and they respond quite quickly to email bearing in mind they must get 100's a day and if you follow them on Instagram you can message them on there for a quicker response. The products are fantastic. Love both the banana and the lemon haze hash. Smooth and definitely helping with things at the moment. Keep up the fantastic work guys. I'm already looking at my next order.

SONIC HEDGEHOG... hey they got back to us on tuesday and they still haven't dispatched it and we haven't received any confirmation that they have sent anything. They told us they sent us a email saying that one of the products was sold out however we didn't receive any email. I would happily correct the review but they haven't done anything to change our thoughts. We are over 100 quid down and it's been over a week with poor communication.

I ordered half oz of the cbd flower trimmings as I was struggling for cash that week n the trimmings are very very reasonably priced for saying the majority of what you get are actually just small buds. I did run into a problem at 1st as Royal Mail lost my order and I mistakenly blamed the cbd centre due to Royal mail giving me inaccurate information and I did cop some flak from the regulars over my review probably well deserved and I have since sincerely apologised, but with the dust having settled I'd like to say that the cbd centre gave great Communication and as soon as it was apparent that my order was lost, they sent out a replacement very fast and at no extra cost which arrived the next day due to an immediate trip to the Post office by Steve, and when it arrived it was a half oz and then some on top. The quality of the flower was great, really enjoyable and unbeatable price and I'd highly recommend this company to anyone whether you have a little or a lot to spend. Also v impressive is the 'ounce of the week' feature meaning that every now and then you can get 28g for less than the usual price of a half oz. Really good variety of products and look forward to being able to go shopping there again. Top notch company and customer service.
THOMAS GUNNING.... honestly dude you've not been ripped off, i wrote a review almost identical to yours n then felt awful when these guys replaced my order from their own pockets really fast. I was worried originally as there are some dodgy online people but these guys are not one of them, I'd place a fair bet your order will be with you in the next day or two, n if not, these guys have got your back. They went above and beyond to sort my order and it wasn't even their issue, just Royal mail being swamped.
