I am satisfied with the flooring. Good quality and design. The colour is very nice and it is comfortable. Overall, there is hardly any negatives to the flooring and it is decent and great.

This is my first time used with Carpet Giant. Their prices are keen and they keep their appointments on time.
I had a lovely guys, Leon and Maurice as the carpet fitter. I had missed one room when I bought the vinyl. Leon was brilliant he managed to fixed it for free.
He’s genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend this company and Leon the fitter

Visited the Ashford branch in need of an odd size of carpet for my campervan and James was very eager to help and guided me to the best option and price available. Very clean branch and very helpful team. Will be back for my stairs at home soon!

This time we had Leon as the carpet fitter. Unfortunately the builder had pulled up the grippers and we had not ordered more and one room is an odd shape and turned out to be 5cm longer than the carpet. Leon was brilliant, he had spare gripper on board and did an invisible join to make up for the 5cm all whilst smiling and being a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend this company and Leon the fitter

An excellent company, very friendly staff from the Maidstone store. Tony and Doug served me, I wasn't rushed into choosing my flooring, they both are great salesmen I got a quick fitting date this company deserves recognition and is the best flooring shop I've been to. 5☆☆☆☆☆ all day long.

I found is very unprofessional, carpet fitter needed to pay cash. I would recommend to use Maidstone one.

For our second new carpet in the spare bedroom we bought the wrong size remnant - out fault entirely. This wasnt noted til the fitter came. No fuss made, the carpet was taken away and the right size arranged for 4 days hence. Amazing customer care. Will definately use again. Thank you so much, Sara and Tim

Looked online as I had limited time to go into stores. Picked out a hall carpet and emailed to arrange but wasn’t available so Natasha sent me an alternative which was cheaper. Laid it today. Looks very nice for only £104 with fitting. Very pleased and fitter was friendly.

Sadly the same can't be said for the estimator (who wasn't needed as he confirmed all the measurements I'd taken to store were correct) who was overly familiar and pushy, trying to upsell underlay and threatening me that no warranty would attach to my carpet without it (which is rubbish). I wonder how many people this aggressive sales tactic works with? I've bought carpet several times before from them using my own fitter (who has since moved away) so I've never had to deal with this crap before and it has put me off ever using them again.

From Brandon in the showroom to the guys who fitted the carpet, we received an excellent service. It’s our 3rd time with them and we will definitely go again.

Can’t even express how awful my service and fitting was! I had vynl flooring fitted in bathroom and kitchen, it is awful! I Complained got no where! The guy in the store didn’t seem to be able to communicate let alone fix the problems. The more I look at it the more faults I see! Edges have not been cut properly and no sealant was done after being told it was part of the service.

My daughters first home independently. Everything well explained and a very kind and ultra friendly consultation and booking from our salesperson Darren at the Croydon branch. Fitted perfectly within two days of ordering, thanks to Darren! Quality was on par for the price and much cheaper than the other two showrooms we visited. Highly reccomend and will definitely be visiting when carpeting again.

I highly recommend. I’ve had carpet fitted a few years ago and some good quality laminate flooring fitted in my bathroom today - you wouldn’t know it wasn’t wood. Always friendly and professional

I recently got new flooring for my whole house- vinyl for ground floor and carpet for 1st floor. They came to do measurements and then advised me that there is no need to shave the doors and also there is no need for scotia. However on the day of putting the flooring, they told me the doors needed to be shaved and also the vinyl will not go under the skirtings and there was a need for scotia. They quickly decided to put white scotia and did not give me time to figure out what I wanted. On the day of the fitting it was quite a stressful experience working with them. I feel there is complete disconnect between the sales folks and the actual fitter who comes home. The type of vinyl floor i chose clearly needed scotia but the sales person did not inform me first.

I generally can’t thank this company enough.

I called carpet giant on Thursday early afternoon in a right state, I got the keys to my new property that I was moving into the next day to find the carpets were absolutely disgusting and was panicking beyond belief that I couldn’t put my stuff in there in the state it was.

I called them and the service guy Jeremy I explained my situation and was pretty much crying, he said he could squeeze me in at 8am Friday morning just a few hours before I turned up with the removals.

I drove down there, with not a huge amount of money and no time at all, Jeremy helped me pick a suitable carpet, underlay and grips etc as I had no idea what I was doing.

He managed to get me a price I could afford.

I spoke to Mike the installer and he promised he would be there at 8am on the dot.

Friday morning at 8am Mike and his son turned up to my nan who was there to let them in as I was loading the other property, they got to work, they laid the most beautiful carpet laid extra bits around the house with the left over carpet, made me a porch mat, some carpet steps for the removal men to use not to ruin my carpet, my nan had to leave they then hoovered every room, tidied up all the rubbish, and locked up.

I generally from the bottom of my heart can’t thank these men enough. They went above and beyond to help me out and boy did they.

Thank you so so much! I generally can’t say it enough times. But again thank you! You changed everything and made it so much better. Will never go anywhere else again.
