This company does not deliver

Do not buy from this business. Check out Product Reviews first. It seems they may be in administration, but are still taking people's money - without delivering the products purchased. Having ordered 4 prints 8 weeks ago, I was told 3-4 weeks for delivery - I still haven't received anything. I have tried calling (number disconnected), emailing (no reply), and messaging via Instagram (no reply). I have lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading.

Ordered 3 prints in May. Received nothing. sent multiple emails with no reply. Phone number disconnected. I think I have been spammed. Do not order through this company.

Ordered on the 23 June and have nothing to show for it. This business has vacated, disconnected the phone line and isn’t responding to any email or social media messages. To make things worse you can still purchase from their website!!!!! I have reported them to the ACCC, logged a complaint with Fair Trade.

Impressed by photos seen on social media, I made a purchase on 6 June for a house warming gift. Receipt promised 3-4 weeks. I emailed a few days ago. No response. I called their contact number. Disconnected. I googled them. Says 'temporarily closed'. I clicked on their website. Still advertising as if in business. Still offering sales and taking orders. I am reporting them with Fair Trading and also with my bank. They should be taken to court.

This deserves zero stars. I ordered a painting in June 2024 and waited for 5 weeks but no painting arrived. I emailed them multiple times without any response. Called them several times but the number couldn't be connected. I got my money back by raising a dispute with the bank. I am not even sure if this place actually exists. DO NOT ORDER from them. Very disappointed!

There are taking money for orders not returning emails, phone disconnected,
not to mention new showroom non-existent!!!!! I purchased on 6 May for a 60th birthday present and nothing. It’s just ridiculous. Why don’t they tell everyone they’re going into liquidation and finish everybody’s concerns and carrot dangling…. I have reported the company to the Queensland authorities. They said they were looking into it but have not heard anything back.

YES THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Go through your bank or PayPal and report as scammers. They have continued to operate for months now knowing they will never fulfil orders. They have gone out of business, there is no new factory, their showroom has shut down and phones are disconnected. Yet their 2 different websites (canvas art factory AND photos on canvas) are still taking orders. They are criminals, literally stealing customers money day in and day out. I cannot believe the websites have not been shut down!

I ordered my print on 30th April and promised 8-10 business days delivery. I emailed on 21st May and they replied they were relocating and would start dispatching backlog start of June. I emailed for ETA on 23rd June with no answer and again on 12th July with no reply. I am worried it is a scam as there is no reply to my last two enquiries. Does anyone know if they are scammers?

Terrible!!! . Have not received item. Requested updates, got 2 differnent responses. Have now requested refund after 3 months of waiting. No responce. 11 emails. Phone number does not connect.
Disgraceful supposed Australian business!

I ordered 2 ex large canvas prints in early June.
Close to $500....
It worries me that there has been no communication to customers waiting on delivery.
Even if they reached out and said they are a further 3 weeks behind on delivery times, people would hold faith.
To hear nothing at all is unprofessional and tbh extremely annoying.
I am trying to stage a house for sale and have no idea on whether the artwork is going to be delivered or not.
Has anyone who ordered in April or May received their artwork yet?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I ordered a print in May and never received it. My emails were ignored and phone won't connect. My bank successfully disputed my transaction and got my money back within a few days. RAISE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK.

Waiting since 29 may no replies to emails look like it's a scam. BEWARNED SCAMMERS

Paid for a piece of art on 10/4/2024, and have never received it. Despite constant emails and phone calls no delivery to date. Phone has now been disconnected, and like so many others have lost the money paid in full to a Company who no longer exists (or never did???)

The company is external administration, no one is replaying to emails, no phones are being answered, yet the website is still functioning and taking orders (and peoples money).
The administrators are SV Partners in Melbourne.

If I could give a zero star, I would. Like many others, I'm still waiting on delivery. This was a present for my daughter's birthday, on 1 May! I paid for an order back on 24 April and despite in excess of half a dozen emails from me demanding a refund or at least an ETA for delivery, I've only received the odd email thanking me for my patience. I see that they have temporarily closed their factory in Woolloongabba. I am now in the process of lodging a dispute through PayPal and/ or my bank. When will I learn not to purchase anything from any company which shows up on my news feed.

Do not purchase from this company . They are scamming money but are closed. I paid $440 on 18/6/24 and did not realise it was closed and continuing to take money fraudulently. The large website looks legit and shows beautiful prints but they have ignored all of my emails and their phone number is disconnected
Business was based in Brisbane so I have no recourse to go and see any evidence of factory as I am in Melbourne .
Very disappointed , scammed and thought I was smarter than this

Do not order from this site I have placed an order for 2 pictures early May and still have not received them. Made several attempts to contact them and told there was a delay. Now that I have requested my money to be returned no response. Will be reporting them to the authorities.

I placed an order with this store on 3rd May and have still not received the art work. I have contacted them on several occasions for an estimated shipping date, the last being 6 days ago and I still have not received a response. If you want to avoid disappointment and hassle, I would recommend you shop elsewhere as from my experience this store is not to be trusted.

I ordered 2 prints worth aboutr $500 at the beginning of May and am still waiting for it. They say it is in production but nothing is happening. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE ANYMORE.
If you send them money, you will lose it.
