Outstanding butchers; always helpful and prepared to go the extra Mike for heir customers

Great selection of highly quality meats and sausages. They even have haggis! The staff is very helpful and attentive.

I can honestly say we’ve never had anything from Brogdale Butcher’s that hasn’t been absolutely delicious! I regularly order their chicken breasts, diced steak and I can highly recommend their pork loins! Their offers are fantastic & a great opportunity to top up the freezer !

The meat I bought was such brilliant value and so far really tasty.

First time ordering from here and was a good experience. Pretty sure they gave more grams of mince beef than I bought. Meat was great quality and tastes lovely!

This is a difficult review. I do believe I received poor delivery service. Perhaps their staff were not on the job , knowing the issues involved.
HOWEVER:
Brogdale have delivered and then refunded 100% my order.
This is something I did nor expect. An apology, perhaps a voucher would have been enough.
I commend this lot for the final approach to issues.
Perhaps all of us have learnt a lesson from this.

Hi Today I received a mail from PIP at Brogdale. I was outraged. It stated that I was not informed of delays because PIP knew of no delays. It stated that I was kept informed as they were aware. This is amazing (HOW CAN A COMPNY NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH DELIVERIES) AND I was NOT kept informed.
She stated pride in her service stating many above reasonable duty services and questioned my right to question. I did not get my order on the two days they promised. Time wasted
4 days late, no notification, (until I complained) and now PIP believes her amazing customer service (Stated) is being questioned!!!!
Granted the company has done the honest thing and refunded the order. And no request to return the food which I was prepositioned to do.
I suggest that some customer service education is needed, and perhaps an attitude change to self importance of service.

Bought our Christmas meat from Brogdales, first time having fresh produce delivered. Can’t recommend them enough. Great produce, value for money and everything tasted great. We were only a small household of 5 for Christmas, so the meat was enough for several dinners and a few days of leftovers. Will definitely buy again

If you use the online ordering to collect instore then you can forget collecting on the day that you selected as you will have to go the next day. I have placed four orders recently and none were available to collect with counter staff stating the vehicle hasn't delivered from Park Farm. Other than that, all is ok.

Beautiful, high quality 4 rib of beef. We love plenty of fat and marbling so this filled our wishes and the whole family loved it. Have saved half for Easter too. The only downside is the INCREASE in COST. Last year we payed £75 fo the exact SAME rib of beef (special offer), THIS YEAR we paid £160 (special offer) !!! :-( A HUGE difference - OVER 50 % MORE. This is why I dropped a star, didnt like too so as the product is superb. BUT this year we did struggle with the cost and had to drop other things from our Xmas shopping list due to this, which was dissapointng but we dont like to compromise on fresh meat/food - I hope the same doesnt happen again next year.Wondered what the justification is between the two years diff in price? Superb turkey crown - best we've ever had was the verdict from the family!

Excellent communication both when the order was slightly delayed and to queries via email

I visited this butchers on Sunday 30th November to look at their turkey crowns and saw one for £41.00. We went back this weekend to purchase it only to find they had increased the price to £80.00 and had the cheek to offer buy one get one free!!! I emailed the company only to be told to discuss this with the shop as it could be a label error, I don’t think so cos they were all labelled the same. SHAMEFULL!!!!!!

Two joints of topside beef really poor quality so much water came out during cooking which made meat very tough
