Unlauteres Geschäft. Meine Bestellung wurde mit der Begründung storniert, dass der Artikel nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Aber fünf Minuten später habe ich gesehen, dass sie einen Beitrag über genau diese Tasche (mit der gleichen Artikelnummer) gepostet haben. Das ist Betrug. Ich werde nie wieder zurückkommen. 0 Stern 😡😡

J'ai commandé Chanel Timeless pour l'anniversaire de ma mère et étant donné que c'est un achat conséquent, j'ai eu la chance d'être assistée par Iara qui m'a guidé lors de mon achat et pour la finalisation de ma commande auprès du site.
J'ai bien reçue ma commande par la suite et je suis ravie par le service et la qualité du produit acheté.

Achat sur internet via un site de vente aux enchères d'une bague diamant annoncée pour une taille 51. L'annonce redirige vers Brand Collector qui me confirme oralement la taille 51. Destinée à un cadeau plusieurs semaines après l'achat, je m'aperçois que c'est une taille 46.
Aucun recours possible, aucun geste commercial, bref un sentiment d'arnaque. A bon entendeur...

Nous offrons une période de retour de 14 jours, mais nous ne pouvons cependant pas accepter les retours au-delà de cette période. Nous aurions été heureux de reprendre la bague si le retour avait été demandé pendant cette période.
Nous recommandons également à tous nos clients de vérifier correctement les annonces, car une photo de la taille de la bague était incluse dans la deuxième image de l'annonce.

I ordered two bags in two separate orders, one bag arrived and the other still hasn't arrived more than 30 days ago, the customer service representative said there was confusion between the orders
Gave me when I asked to cancel the order of the bag that did not arrive, the representative said that the bag had already been sent to me and gave a tracking number that does not exist and only after a few days will it be active.

I had no previous knowledge of this company when I purchased a Hermes bag. The service was good and timely, everything easy and overall a great experience. The bag was as described, im very happy with it! I did get the bag authenticated from a third party, as I always do when I purchase preloved, and it was indeed authentic, as expected. I would purchase from them again and recommend them.

Pas sérieux, lors de ma première commande le sac est arrivé comme neuf, la fermeture éclair ne glisse pas, je doute fort sur l authenticité et la provenance.Lors de la seconde commande grosse déception, un e mail annonçait l annulation.

Pour la deuxième commande, la raison est due au fait que nous vendons sur +20 plateformes, et qu'en raison de problèmes techniques et de délais de mise à jour, ainsi que du partage d'un catalogue avec nos fournisseurs, il arrive que des articles apparaissent encore comme étant en stock alors qu'ils ont en fait déjà été vendus. Ce délai est de quelques heures, et c'est pourquoi nous devons parfois malheureusement refuser une vente.

The Brand Collector demonstrate to be highly unprofessional, they accepted an order, charged the money then said the item was sold minutes before it was accepted. No apologies, not offers to replace it.

As we sell on +20 platforms, and due to technical issues and update delays, as well as sharing a catalog with our suppliers, items sometimes still appear as in stock when in fact they have already been sold. This delay time is of a few hours, and is why sometimes we must unfortunately refuse a sale.
We regret that you did not receive an apology on our end. As our items are second hand and unique we can rarely offer replacements as it is dependant on if we have the same item / model in stock.

Never received money back
I have returned the item on March 12, 2024, and on March 13, 2024 I’ve received an email from Brand Collector with a confirmation of the refund. Until now, April 1, 2024, I haven’t received the refund and the customer service stopped responding and didn’t send me a confirmation of the refund with my banking details or anything that proved the money were released. Since the funds never reached my bank, it’s on the vendor’s end. I am waiting for someone to reach out to me and finally return my money (950€, btw). My order number is #2363.

Stay away from this deception
Stay away from this deception. Tried to buy a bag 2 times where the purchase was cancelled after a few days because the bag was supposedly just sold. This review comes back regularly. I don't know for what purpose this sale was set up but by no means from honesty!
