Lad vær med at bestille fra deres webshop den lover leveringstid som på ingen måde overholdes. Der står 3-5 dages levering og vi ventede så 11 dage. Da vi kontaktede kundeservice var det en dame som var svær at forstå og som knap kunne tale dansk. De lovede os kompensation men det droppede de da de kunne se pakken efter 10 dage. Jeg er færdig med body shop det gider jeg ikke mere.

Er altid tilfreds med produkterne, som jeg altid køber i min nærmeste The Body Shop. I år havde jeg fået den store julekaldender - og med den var jeg også godt tilfreds og jeg fik prøvet en masse produkter som helt sikkert skal være en fast del af mit hudplejesortement fremover❤️

Køber aldrig fra jeres webshop igen!!!

Den 12 december bestiller jeg 2 ting fra webshoppen og som der står, så går der 5-7 hverdage, men jeg høre ingenting fra dem. Jeg ringer til kundeservice den 20 december og får afvide, at jeg får mine ting inden for de næste 2-3 dage, jeg får stadig ingen besked om at det skulle være sendt, så jeg bliver nød til at tage ind i butikken for at købe det og jeg spørger så dem om de kan hjælpe, men de henviser til kundeservice, men dem har jeg haft snakket med en gang før uden nytte… Jeg forventer sgu snart at der sker noget ellers kan i bare overføre mine penge tilbage!!!!😡

Mladen at the body shop was very helpful! I had some questions about the overall shop on live chat and she answered right away and was able to provide me with all the information I was inquiring about.

Diana at the Body shop Harrow was absolutely superb. She has excellent customer service skills and she delivered a Great service. Thank you Diana !!!!!

I shopped at the Poole branch today and received a very professional, friendly and helpful service from Diana. The store is very clean, well laid out and all staff were friendly and welcoming. A pleasure to shop there.

Hvis man vil i kontakt med virksomheden er der ingen email adresse. Der henvises til en onlinechat - som skulle være åben man-fre mellem 10-18, men her mandag middag ved 12 tiden står der, at der i øjeblikket er lukket og man skal prøve man-fre mellem 10-18. Når man ringer tlf. 80881739 bliver man kørt gennem et bånd med en tastemenu - og til sidst smidt af linjen uden at have været i kontakt. Kan bestemt ikke anbefales.

I would give a 0 stars but sadly that isn’t an option! I went into the body shop just before Christmas to purchase presents for my family, I queried getting an eye cream and the sales assistant recommended one that she used herself. I also recommended my mum got one based on the great reviews the sales assistant. After a week of using this I noticed my eyes were getting dry and red all around where I’d applied it, I assumed this was the cold weather so carried on using. The next morning I woke up and my eye was swollen, weepy, red and sore all around. Also my actual eye was blood shot and extremely itchy. Turns out I have had an reaction to the eye cream. I spoke to my mum and she also was experiencing slight dryness around her eye… so I quickly said don’t use it anymore. Now this was 2 weeks ago and my eye is still not better. I have now had to spend £30 on eye drops and cream from the chemist as my eye is flaky, swollen, red and extremely painful. I have messaged the body shop on Instagram and was supposed to have a call on Friday. Did I get one? Of course not! If my eye does not get better I will be taking legal advice as clearly either this was a bad batch produced or, the eyecream is not suitable. The eyecream is the oils for life one. I know now I will not be buying anything else from this company!!!! If only I could add a picture you could then see the nightmare I’m dealing with!

Hi ! I have been a regular customer of BODY SHOP Hounslow Branch. More than 10 years now am using and loving the body shop products to the T !!
I would specially like to thank my consultant Ms.Francesca who has been a great help ! Its always a delight to see her plus to get the right kind of advice from her for my skin.
She is extremely patient with all your queries and would go at great lenghts to help you choose the right kind of products for your skin type.
I would highly recommend any one whose looking for proper guidance to visit Hounslow Branch & look for Ms.Francesca( she is a sweetheart 🥰 )to seek the appropriate advice!

Jeg bestilte en creme på deres hjemmeside og alt gik fint igennem. Jeg fik en bekræftelse på købet. To dage efter fik jeg besked om at varen var udsolgt og at de ikke kunne levere. De skrev ikke at de ville give mig en opdatering på hvornår varen igen kunne købes. Efterfølgende bad de om en anmeldelse som jeg skrev og gav dem 1 stjerne. Jeg har nu forsøgt st lave anmeldelsen 3 gange, men de vender tilbage og skriver at min anmeldelse ikke opfylder deres kriterier, så de kan ikke poste den??? Vil de kun have positive anmeldelser ??

This is not the first time shopping online with The Body Shop has been a tedious experience.
I took advantage of the sale and treated myself to some make up and an oil burner. I waited over a week to receive an email that my order was on the way, but the oil burner would not be included as it was out of stock. I bought oil for the oil burner which they have still included. What do they think I'm going to do with that?

It's just poor service, with no one caring, or anyone using any common sense. Also, the fact they took the oil burner off my order, has made all the other items more expensive as I used a £5 off coupon.

I have addressed all issues above and in their response they've skirted the issue. The oil burner is also in stock on their website too, and they tell me it wasn't in stock when they processed the order but now it is. Well why can't they send me one?
They just want the sale and to hell with whether the customer gets what they wanted, and have a positive customer experience. The people who respond to you have zero charm or any will to actually address and resolve your issue. They are therefore surplus to requirements.

To add to the diabolical service, their courier service, the ever reliable Hermes, just left my parcel with my incomplete order on my door step with no card through the door, and I live on a main road, so I was lucky to not have that picked off. Pathetic.

No one seems to be able to do their job properly anymore.

I flere år, og hver gang jeg skal bruge mit medlemskab er der problemer, og flere gange har jeg sagt pyt. Men nu i dag prøvede jeg igen ringede til en flink mail der ville sende et nyt link, da min mail ikke eksisterer, hos dem, der skete ikke en skid. Tog ind til butikken i Kbh. Selvfølgelig snakkede manden ikke dansk, og det endte med jeg ikke købte halvdelen,af det jeg skulle men efter meget møj fandt han mig i systemet. Prøvede her til aften igen at gå ind på min profil jeg findes stadig ikke. Jeg har fødselsdag lige om lidt, og i alle de pr jeg har været medlem har jeg ikke modtaget nogen gave. Tror bare jeg dropper Bodyshop, hvilet er pokkers ærgerligt

Jeg har i dag byttet en vare som havde gavebon og fik at vide at jeg kunne finde nogle andre varer eller i stedet få et tilgodebevis.
Da jeg kommer hjem og ser på nettet står der på deres hjemmeside, at de bytter til tilgodebevis eller kontanter ved fremvisning af gavebon, hvis varen er købt inden for 14 dage.
Som allergiker er der ikke ret mange ting, jeg kan købe i the bodyshop og jeg er ret ærgerlig over at de ikke formår at overholde deres egne retningslinjer.
Jeg kan ikke anbefale at købe gaver her.

My wife placed order 27th November The Body Shop confirmed order on 28th. TheBody Shop sent email on 3rd December to say her order is on the way. it is now the 15th December and it is still on it's way.
(18 days after order) I have contacted TheBody Shop via phone but had a few emails to say its on its way if it's not there within 24 hours they will chase it up.
HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL REGARDING THIS SERVICE!!!!

Fantastisk imødekkomende kundeservice selvom det ikke endte i et salg her og nu. Fik ikke navnet på medarbejderen, men stor ros skal gå direkte til vedkommende som var på vagt kl 17 i Fields. Håber snart det sner igen!

Fantastisk butik i Vejle med skønne varer og hjælpsomt personale. Har kun haft gode oplevelser både i den fysiske butik og online handel.

They keep changing the products and its never same. Body butter that i was used to not available in the sane fragrance, lipstick same shade not available, bb cream is horrible now so flaky . I think i will stop buying products from body shop

I love Body Shop in Brixton, London. I've been going there for 21 years. What is so good about the experience there is that all the assistants/advisers are so professional and also friendly without being pushy. I always enjoy the products and am given advice if I ask but otherwise can just mooch around. Celeste in particular is so helpful and has time for everyone. Big cheers for Brixton and Celeste and many thanks to them all.
