Hi Paula, sorry to see you are not happy but why didn't you contact us? You bought a Cross Charm that is Sterling Silver, as advertised & a Barrel Clasp Bracelet that clearly states its plated. The cost of the bracelet is £10, so obviously not solid silver. We have had to stop selling solid silver bracelets because they are so expensive, we subsidise the charm costs to keep afloat. Leaving a 1 star review hurts our small business, you got exactly what you paid for, so unfair.

I loved the little purple cat earrings…
I loved the little purple cat earrings I purchased. They are so pretty and look lovely on. I appreciated the extra little container they came in to protect them, housed within the usual little grey pouch bag and well thought out tag and tasteful card for business.
I found the backs of the earrings quite fiddly and stiff to get on and off and am quite concerned that I have bent the back post of one of the earrings which is now at a diagonal angle instead of at 90 degrees. I am reluctant to attempt to bend it back into its original position as I would be fearful of the staff post snapping away from the main body of the earring although the earrings are sturdy in themselves. I would really appreciate a solution to this as I would love to wear these earrings regularly as I find them a definite enhancement to my everyday look and style !
I was happy with the delivery times and packaging. I would have definitely rated this product and experience as 5 star if it hadn’t been for the butterfly back issue.

Thanks Rachel, we very much appreciate your review. With regard to your question, I have checked in our emails & not had anything from you? Customer queries usually come via email, that way we can respond appropriately. However, yes the backs of studs are fiddly, this is true for any studs. It should not be a problem to put the post back in place, only repeated attempts would cause an issue. Just make sure you support the post using your fingers, when moving it or putting the back on. Any problems please email, through the website x

Hi Virginia, sorry you are disappointed with your order. However, the charm is exactly as described, including the sizes. We take a lot of trouble photographing and measuring our jewellery so customers get exactly what they paid for. Also, why would you not contact us to resolve this, instead, you left a 2 star review. This is the reason so many small businesses are failing, instead of contacting us to find a solution, you have chosen to hurt our rating. As an online shopper myself, I contact the company first to find a solution, isn't that the way it should be?
Really quick delivery
Really quick delivery. Ordered a pair of moon & stars hoop earrings as a treat for my birthday. Arrived actually on my birthday. I was really chuffed with them. So pretty, & just the right weight so I know I'm wearing them, but not too heavy. Love them. Thank you so much. ❤️

A beautiful charm
The charm is beautiful. It arrived promptly and it was perfect, but the small box it was packed in was completely broken. Although my charm was ok, it could easily have been damaged and I would recommend different packaging.

Risposta di The Bee Charm
Hi Jeanne, thanks for your review. Regarding the box, this is a plastic box given at no extra cost to protect the charms, its expected to be discarded once the charm arrives. Not really sure why this should affect our star rating? Seems a little unfair, its done its job, protected the contents during transit.
Beautiful charm
