Update 28/04/21 - I did eventually receive the item. While the Beauty Club were slow to respond to my queries about the delay, they did re-send the face cream and I received it about a month after I ordered it. I subsequently ordered a second item and again experienced a lengthy delay in receiving the order. It said it was processed quickly but then sat pending to be delivered for several weeks. They again had to re-issue the order and I received it about 3.5 weeks after I ordered it. The staff are friendly and helpful once they get back to you, but overall it is a very inconsistent experience given other beauty companies are so efficient and reliable. I will try them again.

Old update: I ordered an expensive face cream over 10 days ago and while a tracking number has been issued and says dispatched, Aus Post state they have not received the product. I have attempted to contact support twice and today my email bounced back as Junk.

Great customer service - responded immediately to my query regarding delay in delivery due to US despatch and Christmas / NY holidays, and gave solid info! Would give 5 stars for the customer service, but one lost as info up front re expected delays would have been perfect!

I am a member of the beauty club and the prices as a member are very good and you also get free shipping, this site has so many brands and products, biggest range i have seen online and i have never had a delivery problem. really enjoy adding my wants to the wish list, if only i could afford all of them!

Hello, could you please send me Sendle's tracking number? This was the last update last week and I havent received a tracking number y yet. Ive tried reaching out through emails and other accounts to no avail. Order #799877

I give the company 4.5 stars. Only because the tracking system and communication is bad. Ordered my fragrances on Sunday and received today.. will use again... thanks guys xx

The Beauty Club has been excellent with my order and support, although the parcel was a little delayed they have kept me updated and have treated me very well.

UPDATE#2: I have a pending credit from them on my visa and today I received the marchandise. They are small company with reduced staff because of Covid. The lady asked me where I saw all the complaints. She honestly did not seem to know there was so many upset customers. So I would email and call them again if your problem was not resolved. I would give them another chance. The product I bought was as expected and they add a cute little pouch with samples.

UPDATE#1: I received a call from their customer
service. They said that they are giving me a refund for the order and apologized. I will continue updating this post to let you all know if indeed I have received a refund.

Original complain : I paid for a 2 day delivery and I am still waiting to received my purchased item. I have called and sent emails and have yet to receive any response. I am hoping I will soon receive my items, otherwise I will make a formal complain to BBB and advise everyone who was disappointed to do so as well.

Update-this is a shameful dishonest company! I did not receive my full order, they replaced a perfume with an aftersun green rubbish and said they fulfilled my order, they refuse to give me their return address so I can send back the incorrect order, they refuse to respond to Clearpay emails. I’ve noticed so many people in the same situation as me and now on Trustpilot they reporting people that are given reviews about them!!! They are an underhanded dishonest company! Beware, when you challenge them they threaten you, I have it all on email and will be pursuing this scam further. Disgusting company!!!

Update- the perfume I had ordered did not arrive but instead a green bottle of Aftersun which was not ordered at all, so it has been back emailing them which they do not respond, the threatened me with the local police, as they said I sent too many emails and hundreds of bad reviews, they told Clearpay they have been in constant engagement with me which is not true, they have only sent one email and one email about the issue to Clearpay. They have not responded at all to the missing order. They have lied, been underhanded sent a false tracking number yet will not respond .

Update-the emailed me asking me to delete my review and told me the order is on its way to me, gave me the tracking and what do you know it’s invalid, UPS have no record!!! Something needs to be done about this company
My order 774800, still not received, no tracking info given, no response to 3 emails sent! I demand an explanation don’t tell me to email you as I have brought it to this platform I want a response as to why emails are ignored, why there is no order received and why no folllw up if there is a delay! I want open communication on this platform as there are many others in the same situation and I want to see if you can be honest in business

Buyer BEWARE!!! They still your money. I purchase two items nearly two weeks ago. The items were shipped on February 26. Today is March 9th, and I have yet to receive the items. I emailed them, and no response. I called their telephone number, and no response. It’s a scam.

this company is so fraudulent. not customer service at all. I bought a foundation morr than 10 days ago, i didnt get it and not even answer from them. i am not gonna buy ever on the beauty club again.

Those are basically scammers so be aware before any purchase! I've received items damaged and spilt. While the parcel came from the post office was totally ok, no sign of any damage, the product inside was in a damaged box and part of it spilt. So the seller clearly knew they're sending me broken items. I've immediately emailed their customer support with the photos and descriptions however got no answer. One week after I've emailed them again however still got no reply. Only two weeks later they managed to message me asking for clear photos (whose I've sent were absolutely clear and the items were perfectly seen damaged) and no refund followed.
On ebay and in here there are lot of negative reviews which show that this scamming is habitual.

I received what was clearly fake product.
Wen I asked for a refund they told me I wouldn't get one.

So I wouldn't ever deal with them again.

The Beauty Club have requested I take this down but I won't. They know they sent me fake product. I have seen many instances of this on reviews. The product came from China when it was supposed to be an American product and who knows what was in it.

I recently purchased some products from the beauty club's online store and I loved it! The signup is $35 but for all the discounts you get on the products plus the free shipping, I definitely think it's worth the money, especially given the amazing range of products that they have, both high end and drugstore. So many online makeup retailers won't ship to Australia or charge crazy shipping fees, so I was shocked that the beauty club's shipping was free! My product came within a week of ordering, well packaged in perfect condition. Would definitely shop from them again!

I visited the The Beauty Shop today and it was amazing! There is so much range to choose from and it covers all aspects of beauty, from make up to skin care. The website covers all price ranges so you can shop on a budget or shop the top end but those prices are are reasonable too. The shopping experience was so simple and easy. This website is now my one stop shop for all my beauty needs.

What a fantastic shopping experience!
I heard about the beauty club from a friend and decided to give them a try and I certainly wasn't disappointed!
After browsing the wide array of products (many of which are super hard to find) I decided that the $35 membership was well worth the investment.
Loved that with membership I saved even more money on their bargain priced products as well as receiving free shipping!
The site also allows you to create your own profile based on your beauty needs and gave me some great product suggestions, which I may not have otherwise considered.
After finding so many must have products, I really liked that they had Afterpay or Zip Pay to choose from so that I didn't have to pay the total amount straight away!
I would definitely recommend this store to anyone for all of your beauty needs!

Recently used this company to purchase some gifts for my partner and myself. After sing there services, I quickly realised that it was a great decision to do so. The products were outstanding and the website was easy for me to navigate around (I usually struggle both the online shopping malarchy). Overall I would have no hesitations with regards to telling my friends and anyone else to use The Beauty Club's services.
