Prompt Service
I placed my order on 24th and it had arrived by 27th, and they use the good old fashioned method of sending a parcel - The Post Office! and NOT these leave it on the doorstep couriers - Bonus!!
This is the first time I have ordered from the Bean Shop, I will most certainly use them again.

A Sybaritic Sumatran Experience
A friendly, knowledgeable Bean Shop staff have patience and tact, while I - trundling down the hill of years and decrepitude - struggle to remember whether I needed the Sumatra Mandheling ground for the Mocha pot or the cafetière.

Good packaging and quick delivery!
I ordered some coffee beans - Luwak (Bali) and Jamaican Blue. This shop posted out my order very quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. I really like how personable it appeared and they even added in a bag of coffee beans that I didn’t order, for free!
