Brilliant people to deal with. No complaints here. Send everything out on time and at at a reasonable price.

I have been purchasing from Black Swan Shoppe Ltd for a number of years. (Since 4th February 2015) My orders have always been packaged safely and dispatched on either the same day or the next working day.
During all these years I have only had one problem with a delivery and this was through no fault of the company. Kris and his wonderful and compassionate staff were exceptional with their help to rectify the problem.
I feel so blessed and honoured to be a customer of such a magnificent company who truly care and prove so with providing such excellent customer service.

Goods were not packed as paid for, but their response was swift & they paid me a small refund. Good value for money & excellent service

Fast efficient service , friendly staff , great range of products , and nothing is too much trouble what more can I say service par excellence will definitely be back for more.

Good first impression. The complete opposite of Smoke-King as in polite instead of fiercely rude but also not the cheap option. Perhaps you really get what you pay for and I for one would rather give Black Swan Shoppe an extra quid or two than be treated rudely and unprofessionally by their counterparts.

I have been ordering cigarette and pipe tobacco, pipes, ashtrays and Cuban cigars from Black Swan for 6 years.
Always extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone, with web orders processed and delivered on time, well and safely packaged without fail in all cases.
The advice pages are a real treasure trove in their own right.

I have only one complaint, it is that they don't have a shop local to me.

I am not in the slightest surprised to see their 5 star rating on here.

First time I've ordered from this shop and I'm delighted with the service and the goods. I've tried using a cheap tubing machine before and it was useless. The tubes kept tearing or only half filling. Following the excellent advice on your website I ordered the mascotte adjustable machine and the long filter tubes. After only three slightly dodgy efforts I cracked it 😀 . You are totally correct about the quality of the tubes. Thank you

In having had the pleasure of dealing with the black swan shoppe for a few years now albeit by old fashioned phone, there's always a friendly and very helpful member of staff who's ready to deal with my tobacco requirements, also able to offer useful information about all the products sold there. Wish you guys would open a (shoppe) in deepest darkest surrey. I would recommend this small chain of stores to anyone and i do. Yours very happily graham jarvis
