I would give them 0 stars if I could. In July I ordered 2 rings for mental health awareness. They were advertised “they were going out of business” so these rings were half price so I bought 2 of them. My card was charged for the rings and the shipping.
When the rings arrived, they looked nothing like the rings in the picture. They were made out of cheap material and even though they were “adjustable” rings, they were huge and definitely not feminine looking at all. I emailed them and never heard back.
Then my card was charged again a week later for $19.95 and again 2 more times for the same amount of $19.95. I can’t get a hold of anyone there so I called my bank to dispute these charges.

I thought I received good quality merchandise - and awareness bracelet as I am a living kidney donor 💚
Well after less than 2 months wear, it fell apart.
I emailed them, and they offered a $5.00 discount. There making a buck off of making cheap merchandise that promotes organ donation awareness.
I will never recommend this company after their answer.

I ordered from this Company once before with no problems. However this time I placed an order for some stickers. I waited for them and then I checked the status and they stated they were placed in my mailbox however this was not the case, I waited thinking whoever mailbox they got placed in would forward but never have received them. Upon contacting the Company I now find out that if anything is lost or stolen they do not replace. “ Lost and Stolen Items

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or stolen, I am afraid we are not liable to re-ship the order. If the tracking states it has been delivered to the address we have on record, I am afraid we are unable to replace the order.”

So I will no longer be placing any orders with this company or will I be supporting any of the causes through this Company also will make sure every one knows this. That orders placed through this Company if lost or stolen when they say had been delivered is money throw out of your pocket and this day and time you can not afford this risk

I purchased a product that they immediately charged to my credit card. The very next day they emailed to tell me that the product is out of stock and asked what I would like to do. I told them to refund my credit card. I tried several times to email them. Each time I received a notice telling me that their email address doesn't exist. I posted and messaged on their Facebook page - no response. I have made a complaint of fraud to my bank.

I ordered 2 lung cancer awareness face masks. When I received my order, I did not get the masks I ordered. Instead of 2 lung cancer awareness face masks, I got 2 plain white face masks. I have asked that the company to send the lung cancer awareness masks that I ordered. I keep getting messages from them to send pictures of the masks, which I have done. I want the masks that I ordered. I have told them that once I receive the masks I ordered, I will send back the masks that they sent me. This company needs someone to check the items before they are sent out to the customers. I am sick of them dragging their feet. I want what I ordered and paid for. I would not recommend this company to anyone
