SCAM site. If you place an order here you will never receive the goods. There seem to be more and more of this type of websites popping up. There really needs to be more regulation on selling in UK.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I paid £55 for a wok and received a cheap and nasty tin pan with a lid that doesn't even fit.

No response to my request to return and get a refund.

Avoid at all costs.

I placed my order and paid for it on 10th May 2026. I checked tracking details and it hasn't even been dispatched yet! I've sent 4 emails to them about this but no responses at all. I will go to my bank for a card refund! Awful service to take my money but not send product!

Just received our £80 wok - clearly from China and extremely poor quality. The small bolts used to attach handles have been 'hand fettled' and look dreadful. You can see that the main body of the wok is made up several sections which have been badly plated over...

Didn't receive the order after multiple emails back and forth, telling me there was an Asian holiday and that's why they were late. Its been a month and still nothing. Now they are not replying to emails.

I had a very disappointing experience with The Wok House Miguri Wok Set. It was ordered as a Christmas gift and advertised as being delivered by 23rd December, but it didn’t arrive until 30th December. As a result, I had to buy an alternative present for my husband.
To make matters worse, I cannot find any returns information on the website, and the email I sent to customer service was returned as the email address does not exist. Since we were left with the product, my husband tried using it on our induction hob, despite it being advertised as suitable — it has now left a permanent ring mark on the hob.
Overall, poor delivery reliability, no accessible customer support, and damage caused by the product. An awful purchase, and I would not recommend.

This is clearly a scam. Ordered and paid almost a month ago. Had an order confirmation and haven’t heard anything since. Tried to chase up numerous times but no answer. AVOID!

AVOID. I paid £80 for a wok that is poor materials and badly made so the handle cannot screw on. The company are posing as a UK company when actually they're in China. The contact form on the website is ignored and the email address provided is turned off. Banks also cannot authorise a charge back. £80 down the drain.

This is a scam! phone number is bogus never received order no one responds via website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM COMPANY. I ordered and all i got was a order confirmation. However, when you try to track the order there are no tracking details. I tried to contact them through both of the ways they say, and both emails bounced back as undeliverable. Luckily I paid on my Amex and was able to get the charge refunded.

scam company . Don't buy from them. no phone number or email contact. no products sent. money taken. do not buy from them!

Scam site - pretends to be UK based (phone number, domain etc) but items posted from China.

"Wok" I received was actually a cheap frying pan, and looked nothing like the item on the website. It had no helper handle and was much wider at the base.

Oh, and it was damaged because it was just packaged in a plastic bag.

I'm so disappointed and pursuing a credit card charge back claim....

If I could give no stars, I would. In my experience they are SCAMMERS.
I ordered two woks and it would have come with a free book. They took my money - £83.70 and I had an order confirmation on 3.10.24 but that was where it stopped. - The woks were never dispatched.
- The tracking for the order doesn't work.
- Despite trying to contact them by email (on the confirmation email that says you can reply to this email and there's another on the bottom of the email) it kept bouncing back.
- I used the 'Contact Us' on their website but no reply.
- The telephone number is 'coming soon' (or never!) so you can't phone them. The phone number looks like a French one but the company's email address is .co.uk, which does not correlate.
After a month of being unsuccessful in contacting them, I had to opened a dispute through my bank and obviously they had no joy either because they have refunded me the money - thank you my bank.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Utter rubbish used once, my fault thinking anything advertised or FB or IG would be any good... lesson learned

Avoid! Item nothing like photo not uk company (China!) order wok with wooden lid but got plastic lid instead!

My brother used this company to buy a wok burner for me.
The product did not arrive on time for Christmas because it unexpectedly was shipped from China even though this looks like a UK company from the website domain.

On receiving the product, it had chinese information on the outside of the box. On opening the product looked to be in fine condition. But the important safety instructions were in chinese only - no English at all. I used google translate to understand that this product was not for me due to the large gas cylinder requirements - something not stated in the product description on their website.

I decided to send this product back, with some printed order info from my brother. The instructions on their website state that it must be retuned to France. However as it did not come from France originally, it has to go through customs where customs VAT is payable by the receiver. I was also responsible for shipping costs which is often normal.

I complete all the delivery forms and sent it back to France. About 3 weeks later it came back undelivered. The box had not been delivered and affixed to the outside was a label that said that the delivery had been refused due to no invoice. The website never made this a requirement and further, how do they know there was no invoice if the box was unopened? (my packaging tape undamaged).

Please avoid this company at all costs!
