I am disappointed with my experience with this company.I received my purchase and the item if far to big and contacted their customer service requesting a return label and refund. Communication has been slow and the issue has not been resolved. I understand sizing issues can be a problem but I expect better communications from this company, Novior Fashion. I am hoping this company returns my emails and sorts out my issue.

Im disappointed with my purchase looks nothing like the picture it's total crap also have been charged twice have asked for a refund but Ai keeps replying saying my purchase will arrive soon. Will never buy from there again. Don't waste your money.

Do not buy — misleading photos, poor quality, terrible service!
I ordered a Navior product that looked nothing like the website pictures — the differences were obvious, not “minor” as customer services claimed. Their scripted responses blamed lighting and 'my expectations', then offered a pathetic 20% discount as a “goodwill” gesture. The item is poorly made and unattractive; I refuse to keep it. Customer service has shown incompetence and a refusal to take responsibility. Save your money — this brand is a sham!!!

I had to press 1 star. But i give this mob 0 stars. Don't order from them. All i asked for was an exchange for an outfit that was too big. Never got it. Got more of a run around than anything else. Stay way, way away. Lesson learnt on my behalf

Product is nothing like the image and the images ae stolen from other websites.

I done a purchase since 24/3/26 , you received the money in full $116 nz dollars
No email or confirmation followed .
I emailed you on 4/5/26 since that time till today nothing resolved and I didn’t receive my purchase or any information.
I don’t recommend you at all for your bad communication and fraud from your customers.
I need an urgent response asap please

Shocking experience. Avoid at all costs!! The item I received is NOTHING like the one from the website. Will not refund, claim it is different due to lighting or my perception. It’s not even worth turning into rags to wash my bathroom floor. Customer service is horrendous and they will not honour my refund rights under consumer law. You may a well set fire to your money. You’d get more satisfaction from watching the notes burn

Disgusted with the product I received which is absolutely nothing like what i purchased! Along with the no tracking nor communication from this company, they have taken me for a ride! Please don’t let it happen to you and boycott them completely.

What I ordered was meant to be a demin dress what I received was some cheap garbage that wasn't even a dress when complained they offered me30% off next order which there will definitely not be & the price wasn't cheap either.

The dress I ordered was not the same as what was delivered. Not the same style, pattern or color. They said this was due to lighting or perception. No, it was a different dress all together. No refund offered, just 20% off next order. Which will never be happening!

The dress arrived about 2 months after the event and was of such poor quality and cheap material that I couldn't even donate to charity. Iam so annoyed, I stayed in constant contact without any help what so ever. Worst online shopping experience everMarch. DISGRACEFUL.

I only wish I read the reviews before. I too got a dress that was totally different to the picture. It is hideous. they say they care about their customers. BS they offered a 20%, then 40% credit. This means you have lost half the cost and I can keep a hideous dress that you would not be caught dead in. Asked for an exchange and have emailed them so many times. They won’t exchange cause they want you to invest into another item. Then it’s another circle if they send out a totally different item again.

Don’t buy from this store. The dress I received was nothing like the picture. The fabric was cheap. When I emailed wanting to return it all they would offer was a 20% discount off another purchase. How gullible do they think shoppers are. Why would I spend more money when they can’t deliver what I had already ordered and paid for. They have stopped responding to my emails. TOTAL SCAM site.

My item from this place took over 3 weeks to arrive and looks nothing like the photo on the website. The quality is cheap and nasty to say the least. Not worth the money whatsoever. Do not recommend!

Ordered a dress which looked lovely on the website but was very different when it arrived. I tried to return it and was told they don't do returns but they would send me a bigger size. The issue was nothing to do with size. I was then offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. I definitely will not be purchasing anything from this store in the future.

I also ordered a denim dress - I was double charged and promised a refund. No refund as yet 1 month later. Also short sleeve denim dress turned out to be a long sleeve nylon top. Very rubbish material.

Ordered a dress and when it was received it was nothing like the photos. It was to be below the knees and flowy amd it was tight and it was to my ankles. When I opened the packaging my husband said he could hear the material crinkling. It felt like crepe paper. Horrible cheap shit.

I ordered a cute denim dress. What I received was a garment made of poor quality fabric. It was supposed to be a dress, but this garment comes down to just above my bum.
I wouldn't recommend buying from this shop.

Beware beware beware!!!!!
I purchased 2 dresses in different colours. They don’t fit properly as shown on website the shoulders don’t come down as shown. Both dresses were bought the same size , one was bigger than the other. The dresses are not as described they are so cheap looking and when I wanted to return they refuse saying it’s not their policy to refund but their website said easy 30 day return. They offered me 20% credit to buy something else instead. As if I would trust to spend more money on an unethical company with cheap crap clothing and ethnics. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! You will be very disappointed.
BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY CLOTHING.
