We cannot thank Donna, Jake and the team enough for all their hard work on our mortgage. They went above and beyond in helping us secure our mortgage, for example, contacting our solicitors directly and chasing up with the lender consistently throughout. The lender made things challenging at times (understatement) but thanks to the perseverance of Donna we managed to get it all sorted quickly and it made a very stressful situation less stressful. We are now very happy in our beautiful new home and are so thankful to the team at The Mortgage Store!

Outstanding service and communication
As first time buyers with a young family, we wasn’t sure what situation we were in and where to even start. The Mortage store helped up every step of the way from Mortage offer to insurance, easy and quick updates and replies so we always knew where we were, so different to what we imagined by the stereotypical idea of buying a home. Professional and efficient service
I have been dealing with Sam Jones for the last 10 years and he has always been very helpful and responsive to my questions.
He is able to find the mortgage answer to most dilemmas and is very efficient at putting everything in place.
