I would highly recommend the Mortgage Store, especially Warren Coetzer and charlene Malcolm, for their excellent service throughout my property purchase and mortgage process.
From the very beginning, the whole team was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Communication was excellent, with very fast response times and clear explanations whenever I had questions or needed clarification. They made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. I will definitely use The Mortgage Store for more service.

was just as helpful as Straurt in the same manner

Sam is incredibly professional, proactive and responsive, and always keeps a keen eye on the market to make sure I get the best deal possible. Having worked with him for many years, I really value his expertise, personal approach and willingness to go the extra mile.
He has once again been brilliant in helping me navigate my recent property and mortgage transactions, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and The Mortgage Store to anyone looking for a new mortgage or remortgage. They really do make the journey easier!

Very Positive Experience
I had a very positive experience with Ian and the team at The Mortgage Store.
Ian was helpful and clear throughout the mortgage process, and the team were responsive whenever I had questions or needed support. My purchase took a while and required a new mortgage offer after the initial one expired - and Ian managed to get one in extremely quickly before the rates went up which was much appreciated.
The purchase involved some additional lender review due to Japanese knotweed documentation, and they were able to contact the lender from their side and help chase for an update, which was much appreciated.
The process was explained clearly, communication was good, and I felt supported throughout. I would happily recommend Ian and The Mortgage Store to anyone looking for mortgage advice.
