We couldn't recommend The Mortgage Store highly enough from start to finish.
Emma was brilliant throughout the application. She was always on hand to answer our questions, kept us updated regularly and importantly, was constantly chasing the lender for updates when somethings were taking longer than expected. Her communication and support really helped put our minds at ease.
Mark was fantastic when it came to finding the right mortgage for us, His knowledge and experience really showed, and he managed to place us with the right lender and saved us money each month compared with another broker we had spoken to.
Both Mark and Emma went above and beyond, and we genuinely felt that they had our best interests at heart. We're extremely grateful for all their help in getting us to this point and would definitely recommend The Mortgage Store to anyone.

Neil & the team at The Mortgage store were fantastic. I completed yesterday as a first time buyer and it was completely painless. Neil was able to use his knowledge of the products available on the market to find me a product that allowed me to borrow slightly more than the standard salary multiplier, allowing me to get the house I wanted. He ensured it was affordable, understood my outgoings and made me feel very confident at every stage. Mortgage application to offer was externally fast. The wider team also helped me with arranging life insurance.

Great to deal with
We dealt with Jake and Donna and various other people at the Mortgage Store for our house move over the course of a year. We had many issues with the sale and purchase (nothing to do with the mortgage) and Jake was always available to offer advice and provide adjusted quotes for us within a few hours of e-mailing.
