I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer…

I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and The Exeter were there all the way with a dedicated cancer nurse who handled all claims and easily. I had robotic operation to remove the Prostate and again all handled with care.

I have been cancer free for a year now!

With me through thick and thin

The Exeter have been there through every stage of my cancer journey, with high quality referrals to consultants and other services, my own personal Exeter senior nurse case manager, support with everything I need, plus speedy and uncomplicated processing of claims. I couldn't wish for better service.

Excellent service from a person, not an internet page

Whenever I contact the company by telephone I am always impressed by how polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable the response is. Also empathetic with my circumstances which is commendable from a company in this day and age.

Now the healing begins...

From reception to 'ejection' the treatment I received was excellent. Courtesy and efficiency in equal measure...but paradoxically I don't wish to repeat the experience!

Impeccable service at a worrying time for me

The speed and efficiency my claim was dealt with was exceptional at a time of serious concern for me. Your cancer nurse who supported me through the claims process and checked that I was receiving the medical support I needed was a great support throughout my treatment
