Jordan and his team recently laid a black slate patio at the rear and side of our property, excellent work and a great team. Patio area looks amazing.

The 2nd time we have used Jordan and his team. The first was for a concrete pad for a cabin which he completed promptly and in a very professional manner. He had to remove a concrete fence post to get a mini digger in but this was all replaced by him once he had finished the work (you wouldn't know he had even touched it!)
This time we had Jordan in do complete a Indian sandstone patio complete with a drainage channel in front of a cabin. He completed this during limited working due to the covid pandemic. He really struggled to get the paving that we wanted but was able to offer us options of other colours or wait till the colours we wanted were in. This actually helped us as we chose a different colour and prefer the new colour thanks to Jordans keen eye for designs. The patio was completed in a professional and covid safe manner. The end result is a wonderful seating area that will keep us beaming for years to come.
Great work and personal service as always from Jordan and his team! I recommend to anyone who requires a contractor for any type of groundwork.

I cant recommend Thanet building & groundwork's enough. Jordan and his team rebuilt a new bigger and better garage including new reinforced floor. Before Jordan statred I asked him to qoute for new block paved drive leading up to the new garage and also new rear patio. It was no bother for Jordan to keep popping round to discuss ideas and any questions i had he answered honestly. Jordan and his team turned up everyday nice and early. They cleared all rubbish and made sure it was tidy everyday when they finished.

The new look drive is 100% better looking, and my new rear patio area is absolutely amazing. I've sat in it everyday so far.
Jordan and his team are really approachable and are a nice bunch of lads, hard working and realible. I've already been recommending them to friends and family.

Thanet Building and Groundworks built a garden wall for us. They did a brilliant job. They take pride in their work. They are very professional yet friendly. We have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review and would definitely use them again.

Block paved our driveway for us, got there early every day, where friendly and listened to exactly what we wanted. Finished to a high standard, couldn't be happier.

I used Thanet Ground works for my drive. Jordan and all of his team were very reliable and did a fantastic job. I think every neighbour in my street came and said how good it looked. We are more than happy and Jordan accomadated any changes I wanted. I would definitely recommend them.

The guys were highly experienced and the attention to detail was amazing everything was finished to an extremely high standard.

Jordan and his team done a great job on our Garden wall and block paved drive, all his workers was extremely polite and easy to Communicate with, job was finished on time and would highly recommend

I used Jordan to put in some ACO drains around the house to stop water sitting against the building. He was not cheap but I was hoping for a professional job. He got the slope wrong on a large section and failed to put an end cap on it so water does not drain away but sits in the drain against the building in a concentrated spot giving us a worse damp problem that when we started. I have complained to him and he said he would come and fix it. He never came and just drops the calls in a juvenile way. The work is incompetent and he does not stand by it and won't fix his mistakes. I would avoid this company and look for someone more responsible.

Following Jordan's response I would like to point out that there were no other workmen at the time nor has there been since. This is simply a lie. A decent contractor would want to correct his errors instead of fabricating false excuses. I am happy to show the work to anyone interested. It would have been nice if it was Jordan who took up the offer.

We recently engaged Jordan and his company and we are 100% happy with the finished work. Jordan gave so much attention to detail it was obvious he takes pride in his work. He has put together a great hard working team who clearly enjoy working for him.

Jordan came and advised me on my back garden wall and we both agreed that it would be for the best to replace it with new high fencing.
Jordan and his highly skilled team returned a week later to complete this job.
It took them two days and they were very professional, polite and sociable.
Their attention to detail is superb, I have now booked them to re-do my patio area.

After a fantastic job at replacing my wall with new fencing, with my request, Jordan came back and offered a ‘no hassle’ quote regarding my patio and understood my requirements to make my garden safe for my disabled son.

He was able to advise on the best slabs and garden layout and was more than happy to give me his suppliers details so I could view the slabs before making my final choice.

When it came to the job, Jordan and his team were punctual, polite and professional. They were able to accommodate my last minute changes and requests and were extremely grateful for the refreshments I provided on these hot days.

After each day they made sure the area was clean and safe and I was kept fully informed of what the next day would entail.

They even carried out a few extra jobs to make sure that the garden was 100% safe for my child, who has mobility issues.

I would recommend this company to anyone who has specific garden requirements to support disabled access and we already now planning the next job.

Jordan and his team have just removed the old decking and installed a new patio for me. Fantastic job, I'm over the moon with it. The team worked really hard and finished the job so quickly.
