Terrible customer service

I received a broken item, and after three weeks and multiple e-mails to customer service, nobody has bothered to respond to me. The CS e-mail listed on their website is either very busy or very lazy. I can't even get a refund because this was a Christmas present from my mom.

Well i ordered the sentinal prime…

Well i ordered the sentinal prime leitshing dlx figure at £163.99 on the 4th of november 25 everything went fine sending this figure to the uk it took 9 days which i was impressed with however the minute it hit last mile tracking the problems started as yodel inpost were responsible for posting this to me.
The parcel was due to be delivered on the 13th november so i had to take time off work to be in as yodel are an awful delivery company however the parcel didnt arrive and i was sent an email on the 14th appologising and that it would be delivered between 16.06 - 18.06 on the 14t however at 16.53 pm on the 14th after confirming a request for redelivery on monday 17th or leaving with a neighbour the parcel was left on a porch with no photo delivery proof i rushed home causing inconvenience at work to secure the parcel however it was knowhere to be found no one neighbour wise had seen a delivery so i instantly contacted TFsafari about the undelivered package and also yodel inpost i reported the parcel stolen or lost also to the police as i had my suspicions about the driver.
I finally heard from TFsafari on the 16th november agreeing that the parcel coukd be lost as there was no proof of delivery however was requested to wait until the 25th of november in case it arrived frustratingly i asked for replacement as i dont want the refund i want the figure i payed for but i havent heard from tfsafari since then and its now been confirmed by yodel inpost that after investigation they cannot locate the parcel due to constraints .
My question is why do i have to wait until 25th for the company to send me a replacement when it is clear the parcel is lost and why are tfsafari ignoring important emails from me about replacement at the end of the day choosing yodel to do last mile tracking was the choice of tfsafari probably due to it being cheap nasty and unproffessional my advice to anyone would be to be aware that this company do not have your best interests at thought whatsoever and if you purchase off them expect bad service as now iam fighting for a replacement 3 weeks later and i even spent extra on fast track shipping TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!

I’m not sure if some of these reviews…

I’m not sure if some of these reviews are from years back but while these may be positive my experience is not. I ordered a transformer from them on October 14th and as of today I have not received it. I was told to wait until the 20th of this month and if I didn’t receive it they would send me a refund. This huge delay occurred because they use Yanwen parcel service and they use a last mile carrier Icalled ACI Logistix which is a terrible company. If your package had any movement then you would never know as there are no updates and all you will see is that your parcel has been labeled and is awaiting pickup. So I contacted ACI and they said that they never received the parcel so I’m assuming that this package is lost and they will most definitely issue me a refund. They may seem trustworthy but just be aware. Check for other sites before you decide.

The best for transformers

Ordered many figures from tfsafari so far and all products are reasonably priced compared to other stores. The delivery time is always swift and figures sometimes even arrive earlier than expected. Not to mention free shipping from China to the UK. People need to remember the quality of the things they are buying are not the responsibility of the store. Nevertheless Ive bought about 7 figures from them so far and all have been faultless.

Poor customer service

Sadly, my experience with Tfsafari has not been very positive. Initially it was fine, I ordered a model for my son and it was delivered at in acceptable amount of time. Unfortunately, the quality of the model was not the best and two parts were faulty. I contacted Tfsafari about this and they eventually got back to me to say that I could get replacement parts but I would need to pay for delivery. I reluctantly paid to have the faulty parts replaced and months later I am still waiting even for an update.

If anyone from the company reads these reviews, starting an email response to customers issues with "Hi buddy" does not come across as friendly, which I'm sure was the intention, but as condescending and not very professional.

The kit GO BETTER STUDIO GX-56 GX56 GAP…

The kit GO BETTER STUDIO GX-56 GX56 GAP FILLERS may be a great idea but the only thing that fits is the foot inserts. The hands don't hold at all and the red doors don't even fit in the slots because they are much too small. The leg extensions are also much too loose to hold anything. Maybe it's just mine, it can happen sometimes but for that it gets 1 star and an absolute waste of money. It didn't do me any good, just cost me money....

I don't understand why this company is not yet listed here. Just wanted to tell everybody who wants to know, that I've had a great experience shopping here. Ordered, got a track and trace and received within 11 days, very well packaged!
