I'm a current a user of Tevalis and have 5 systems.
Initially they are very helpful with the customer service but then unfortunately once you get signed off with the start up customer service is non existent.
Lots of floors in the system... very expensive and definitely not worth the money.
Spoken with bigger brands that also use /used them such as Paragon Group and they also said they wished they hadn't bothered
If I had my chance again I would definitely not go for this system - much better & simpler out there

Don’t go for Tevalis pos untill you ask for my personal worst experience, this is Worst ever pos company in entire universe
I have signed a contract for 3 years was told monthly charged would be £128 a year also free for 1 year , that are charging £490 a month also sent several email no response can any one suggest how to take Leah action against them , also if any one thing to take Tevalis please be aware and ask me personally I will share my personal experience how that are cheating , as there sales rep never pick up call after

Terrible experience with Tevalis, I have made a review before and now we are defending our case by court and will counterclaim with support of other that had miserable experience with the poor service and no value for money.
I had the Director of Tevalis who called me to offer to cancel the court judgement in turn I would take off my previous review.
I emailed him to make it formal and he never returned back to us.

So we are here again to clarify the bad service and dissatisfaction of their product.

The system is incredibly user-friendly, with a sleek interface that makes an order process a breeze. Their customer support is top-notch, always quick to resolve any issues.

As a Ops manager, I am very happy to use Tevalis in my 3 restaurants in Abu Dhabi. the support is very good and they have great products.

Good easy to use and understand system both front and back end with a great tool kit to get analytics and data from the till systems.

Any issues resolved promptly by customer services who are always very helpful and give detailed and understandable explanations on how to resolve any questions, methods and issues.

Easy to use and flexible "Drag and drop" UI builder and adding products and product options on the back end made simple.

The System is fully integrated and is fast as well. The customer service is absolutely super fast and are responsive haven’t had any issues until now as when ever i make a call they are there to answer and get back with a solution. The UI interface is also top notch and is easy to use for anyone.

I have been using this program for over a year and have found its user friendly. I had to train new members of staff to use it and the program layout makes it easy to understand and use for first time users. The stock ordering section is so uncomplicated, not only to use but also to alter when trying new stock and removing the old. Cashing up the z reads on the old program was completed and involved manually entering sales figures. This program with its automatic system makes this take so much easier and a lot more time effective. Over all this program is the best system I have used.

Tevalis is being used onboard our vessel and is very reliable. We have been using it for a good few years now. Customer services have always been very helpful and quick when minor issues arise. Stock management is such an important part of any business which tevalis helps make easy.

Regularly use to process orders, product count, transfers and banking. Great and easy way for a business with multiple departments to monitor stock and finance.

very user friendly. i am happy with it. i started using it 5 months ago in my new job. it makes a chef's life very easy. you can do all the orderings via one portal. it has all the informations required about the suppliers. you can have very detailed informations: cut off hours, ordering limits, supplier e mail and phone numbers.

We use the tevalis system across two restaurants in our hotel. The POS system is effective and very easy to use/ adapt, with numerous customizability functions. The support system is very good, with phone calls answered 24/7 quickly and the team get back promptly to support with the issues. The system is reliable and I very rarely have any issues with it lagging or freezing - and often our internet connection is actually the culprit.

Adding and updating new items to the till is easy, as is updating floor plans and adding new users to the system. It is also easy to pull reports and view sales etc. and there are numerous ways to break this data down which many will find useful. The integration with Evivo system works very well and posting bills to hotel rooms is rather seamless and a very useful integration.

It would be nice if the graphics could be updated/ modernised as they are looking slightly outdated. This is just regarding aesthetics though and probably won’t bother most! It would also be good if it were possible to add items to the till via the computer system - perhaps this is possible but I have not figured out how to do this yet.

Full support when implementing the EPOS system into your business and training provided. Easy to make amendments yourself as your products and prices change. Full technical support available either by email or through telephone support. Only feedback is to ensure that your internet connection in strong when positioning the till.
