Exceeded my expectations with great value in this package

I absolutely adore this business. I purchased the Basic package for the CAT4 Level E for my daughter. I struggled to find resources that would help my daughter pass the CAT4 test for the 13+. She was stressed out about passing so I desperately needed to find something that would help her out. At first I was anxious about this website and thought it was a scam. Though, I found some good reviews and decided to buy it. I am so glad I did. My daughter used it everyday and never had any problems. She completed the exam and two weeks later I got an email stating that my daughter had passed. She was elated. Even if she would have passed without this website it made her feel more confident and less stressed, which is worth my money. I hope this review can encourage and help people to pass this difficult exam and make them as happy as my daughter.

Shortly after purchasing a package, I discovered short notice I required a different package. The support team (Thanks Sharon!) replied in minutes and completely resolved the problem for me which was beyond expectation. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

It's a great database for any test for any age to start with. Exams are well managed and the explanation is great.
We moved to the USA from Australia and were in ambiguity to start with. We found Testprep to be great to utilize.

Wonderful test resources. We used this site for entry assessment of primary school. It was helpful. My kid was able to practice as many tests as possible before the assessment. As a result, since my kid found many similar questions, she had confidence to answer them. Thanks a lot!!

The practices really helped my daughter. I purchased the CAT4 level E/F for my daughter's school admission exam. These practices simulated the real exam so she knew what to do with more confidence. She passed the exam with satisfied scores.

This time I come back to purchase a family membership. My daughter will take a MAP test and I know that it will be helpful again.

Very useful for my daughter's Grade 3 MAP test preparation

I bought the family suite from test-prep twice in the span of 3 years. On both occasions my kids successfully passed the exam and got admission in the new school. Without such an extensive practice, this would not have been possible. I am grateful to have found such a useful resource online.

used it for a cat 4 prep to get in to a school i wanted to get in. There were 80 applications and only 10 spots left and thanks to 4 days of prep i got in the school

They are purely as s holes. I baught the basic package and it never worked. I can not access my tests which are for next week.

Was given 3 different prices for a "family membership" and paid yet a different price before I told them I would simply keep my initial 1 student membership; eventually asking to cancel all together. When I pointed out the discrepancy via email, "Cristina" sent me back to "Ann". I'm emailing back and forth with "Ann" but it is all very suspicious:

I had access to MAP practice but Cristina said that would be the one test type I would not have access to with the family upgrade IF I received the $20 refund.

You did not say I would not have access to the MAP testing practice if I received the $20 refund.

You are not explaining why I paid $139 instead of the $129 or $149 membership price, nor are you addressing the $119.

I no longer would like to keep my membership and would like a refund of $99 and $40 - a total of a $139 refund.

I have not used your product and there are too many inconsistencies. Please cancel my membership.

Please be reminded that if you wish to access all practices except the MAP practices, it would be at a cost of $129 for the family membership. The $129 will give you access to all grade levels available except for the MAP practices.

If you need the MAP practice the family membership is $149 and you will have access to all practice we provide.

Therefore if we refund you $20 you won't be able to access all grades MAP. Let us know if it works for you and we'll proceed with refund.

We send the details to the development to be correct but with the license you already have you would just need to pay the $20 to upgrade.

The reason you paid $40 it's because we only has a coupon for $40 but as you requested the details were sent to the finance team for the $40 to be refunded.

My children used Test Prep's services to prepare for the UK CAT tests with which we were unfamiliar. They were assigned the same weekly tutor over a period of 6-8 weeks who was genial, friendly and helped coach them through the process and the test specifics. The end result was that both of them were fully comfortable with the CAT4 by the time they sat the test for entrance exams. I had no complaints and found their services reasonably priced and very useful.

Don't do it. I bought a family membership (large) package and there is no access no actual tests. They gave me access to a 2 page math pdf that I can get off google or my kids math book. I never received my second and third account. Useless.

Sharon L was the best assistant ever, unfortunately I happened to forget my email address and also password to sign in so I was struggling with it all night long and all day long for the last couple of days! But the first reply was from Ann, after that I couldn’t hear from her, suddenly this Sharon showed up and took over Ann’s job, I guess! Anyway she tried to verify my account first by protocol and finally she found my email address to sign in and reset a new password in a timely manner as I asked for! She has been an amazing helper ever since I’ve experienced in my entire life!

They Lie about other college associations. They will tell you whatever you want to hear, so you sign that contract. They will hold you to that contract even if they lied to get it if you into it. They promise one thing and then do another. They try to make things “better”, with more lies. Then telling you don’t have a choice. It’s in the contract, even if that path changed. I gave them a second chance… they through more lies to make sure I would go with what they said.. go to class online.. Boom it’s class 4. Apparently “rolling classes”, which means you can get dropped into any class, at any time, no matter where that class is on the learning material. Then tell you to go back and study all the classes “you missed”, so you understand where they are in class now. Basically go teach yourself.. pretty sure I paid to be taught.

This is a great resource. My son recently took (and passed) the SCAT for admission to Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth program. Because he was 7 (just turned 8), he'd never taken any sort of online test, and had test and timed test anxiety. Practicing with Test Prep Online was a wonderful way for him to get comfortable with the test format. His anxiety around testing on a computer gradually subsided (we did lots of positive and mind-growth talk, and worked on seeing it as an opportunity to play a game and test ourselves, and reiterated that any score is ok because the purpose is just to practice, etc.), and he even ended up looking forward to test prep and enjoying it as a game. After a practice quiz we would look over the explanations, which were clear and understandable. At first we covered the timer that pops up in the right-hand corner with a sticky note, but after the test prep became routine, we removed the sticky note and he was fine. His scores on the SCAT mirrored his scoring with Test Prep Online, so I really appreciate Test Prep Online's accuracy. Thank you for making this process so much easier for us!

Access Denied, Just paid $149.00 for Map test prep for 6th grade, all we are getting is access denied and to email them. Still no response and the test is tomorrow.

Very happy with Test Prep online. Very good customer service. Answered all my questions before I purchased. The tests can be done over and over again which is really helpful too. The tests are clear and laid out well and have good explanations of the answers.
Sharon L was especially supportive when I needed some help.

I purchased a prep-pack and then was completely unable to access any of the materials. I feel like this is a scam. No communication on their end.

Update - this is NOT a scam. I had a very help customer service representative help me to set up my accounts. If you are having trouble, reach out to the customer service and they will help you :)
