It has a 160 x 120 pixel thermal sensor that can measure surface temperature from -20˚C to 400˚C with ±3˚C accuracy and thermal sensitivity of 150mK, allowing temperature differences of just 0.15˚C to be shown on screen. It has a 55˚ x 43˚ field of view which enables the user to capture a large area in a single shot. It is possible to use photo, video and time-lapse modes to capture intermittent faults and monitor temperature patterns over a longer period or process as well as take instant snapshots. The FLIR One Pro can work with either an Android or iOS smartphone. Simply select the correct model using the dropdown menu above. It connects physically to a smartphone via a lightning, USB connection. VividIR technology on the camera produces excellent image resolution whilst MSX image enhancement combines visual images with thermal images to further clarify thermographs. Compare the images below to see how the FLIR One Pro's greater resolution and imaging software produce clearer, sharper thermographs. FLIR ONE App The FLIR ONE App is available from both the App Store and the Google Play store. It is specifically designed for the FLIR One Pro and enhances the camera's capabilities when it comes to practical applications. The following features are particularly useful: Real-time spot meters and areas of interest are shown on the user's smartphone screen. Real-time advice and tips are available as the user carries out inspections. Full support for FLIR Tools software allows users to download saved images for further analysis. Compatible with Apple Watch or Android Smartwatch, ideal for seeing round corners or inspecting awkward spaces. Practical Applications The FLIR One Pro can serve as a tool for home and building inspections, HVAC and plumbing applications, electrical diagnoses, and DIY. Varied heat patterns can indicate problems such as leaks, unfit insulation, overheating components and many other issues associated with hands on work inside and outside the home. You can find some useful examples in the video tab.OneFIt Adjustable Connector In order to adjust the attachment for different smartphones, the FLIR One Pro is supplied with a OneFit Adjustable Connector which can adapt to different phone models. With the OneFit, the USB or Lightning connector can be extended by a further 4mm and reversible connectors mean that the FLIR Pro One is always facing the right way with both Android and iOS phones. A final major advantage if the adjustable connector is that there is no need to remove protective case from the user's phone. Therefore inspections can be carried out in full confidence that the smartphone is well shielded from potential knocks. The FLIR One & FLIR Edge Range Comparison Table   EDGE Pro EDGE One Pro One Compatible with Android and iOS Android and iOS Android and iOS Android and iOS Detector Pitch and spectral range Pitch of 12 µm, range 8 to 14 µm Pitch of 12 µm, range 8 to 14 µm Pitch of 12 µm, range 8 to 14 µm Pitch of 17 µm, range 8 to 14 µm Resolution 160 x 120 (19,200 pixels) 80 x 60 (4,800 pixels) 160 x 120 (19,200 pixels) 80 x 60 (4,800 pixels) Focus Fixed 30cm — Infinity Fixed 30cm — Infinity Fixed 15cm — Infinity Fixed 15cm — Infinity Image Frequency 8.7Hz 8.7Hz 8.7Hz 8.7Hz HFOV/VFOV 54° ±1° / 42° ±1° 54° ±1° / 42° ±1° 50° ±1° / 43° ±1° 50° ±1° / 38° ±1° Images Modes Infrared, visual, MSX Infrared, visual, MSX Infrared, visual, MSX MSX only File Formats Radiometric JPG, MPEG-4 (file format MOV (iOS), MP4 (Android)) Radiometric JPG, MPEG-4 (file format MOV (iOS), MP4 (Android)) Radiometric JPG, MPEG-4 (file format MOV (iOS), MP4 (Android)) Radiometric JPG, MPEG-4 (file format MOV (iOS), MP4 (Android)) Shutter Automatic/Manual Automatic/Manual Automatic/Manual Automatic/Manual Object Temperature Range -20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F) and 0°C to 400°C (32°F to 752°F) -20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F) -20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F) and 0°C to 400°C (32°F to 752°F) -20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F) Spot Meter Hottest, Coldest and 3 spot measurement Hottest, Coldest and 3 spot measurement Hottest, Coldest and 3 spot measurement One spot meter (centered) FLIR Ignite compatible ✓ ✓ ✓ ✓ Battery operating time Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes Approximately 1 hr Approximately 1 hr Battery charge time 60–90 min for fully charged. 15 min charging from an empty battery gives 40 min operating time 60–90 min for fully charged. 15 min charging from an empty battery gives 40 min operating time 40 min 40 min Remote operation ✓ - Up to 5m (16.4ft) from smart device vie Wi-Fi ✓ - Up to 5m (16.4ft) from smart device vie Wi-Fi X X
