Specky

Service great from staff in Tesco but the offer for reduced price frames of little benefit because the lenses themselves are so expensive! Delay time between placing order and receiving contact lenses and glasses is longer than I expect

No Problem

Tesco staff were very welcoming and the Optician seemed efficient.
I have given them four stars instead of five because i was kept waiting.Everything else was fine.

lens plan

And on many occasion nothing at all. only went to tesco opticians because specsavers was further away now that new store has opened in town think i'll be going back to specsavers.

Good service maybe the customer facing staff could mess around a little less whilst people are sat waiting bit nothing major

Broken glasses

My glasses broke yesterday I was upset as only had them a few months and I always buy the same frame and never had a problem but I went to tesco and saw IAN and as usual the service was excellent he sent my glasses off for repair nothing was to much trouble for him. I always use tesco opticians as I always get grey service and fabulous value for money.

excellent service

had a wonderful experience at the lunsford park opticians on 18/01/17 ive been going there since they opened the girls that work there are always lovely even when they are rushed of their feet only down side is its quite small .

Never seen on time.

If I'm late they cancel my appointment, but when they're late you just have to wait.
