Yes it was busy but it is to be expected in the school holidays. We were able to access our lane early, Staff were polite, they cleaned in an orderly manner and the kids enjoyed the bowling.

Children’s really enjoyed the laser…
Children’s really enjoyed the laser quest and then a nice cold slushy afterwards. Good treat for the kids at a reasonable price. Staff friendly and helpful also and clean and tidy in there.

I had my son’s birthday party at Tenpin Warrington. It was fabulous. Staff was very helpful, amiable and cooperative. I can highly recommend Tenpin Warrington.

HOTTEST DAY OF YEAR- NO AIR CON
It was the hottest day of the year and NO air-conditioning was working.
My 6 year old daughter actually threw up because of the heat in there.
It should of come with a warning when booking that the air con was broken.

Average laser party experience
Average laser party experience. Only 30mins of laser tag and not the advertised 40mins. Had to fend for ourselves most of the time, which resulted in going off and gathering refills of drinks as staff were not proactively around. Very surprising that a designated staff member was not associated to the party table, considering the amount charge for the party.

We took our daughter and her 3 friends…
We took our daughter and her 3 friends for her birthday treat. Both games ran smoothly with only 1 technical issue that was resolved in minutes. The only down side was it was very warm and the air conditioning unit wasn't working. The whole place has had a revamp too since we last went and I would say for the better. Staff were helpful and the booking process was easy. Everyone had a great time

I order a pizza on the QR code on the…
I order a pizza on the QR code on the table, waiting 45 minutes and didn't get the pizza. I asked a member of staff and they said that they don't have any order. When they call the kitchen they have found it. Lack of costumes service. My daughter was so hungry and started crying.

Trouble booking
We went with a party of OAP’s for a different fun experience and the booking was difficult and the staff a little lax and unaware of our needs but after a couple of chats we were off enjoying the skills of tenpin bowling , some residents for the first time
