The staff are always welcoming and apptoachable, my son loved the interactive darts, wasnt very pricey and all in a great day. Only bad thing, the fruit machines i lost about £50 on lol

We had a birthday party booked for our daughter we had a few issues with the food order during the party which was delayed by more than an hour we had spoke to staff a number of times to see what the delay was only to be told it won't be long as time past a young female staff member came across to apologise and to see if there was anything she could do to resolve it she came back with free chips and extra juice for everyone and plenty of apologies

Came for 2 for bowling we had two games…
Came for 2 for bowling we had two games to play. I ordered food at 10past 2 and food never came till 3:07 burgers were cold and so were the chips. We also had to mention to them that we still had no food twice and still nothing came out for another 30 mins

Was a great game for my birthday.
My son was trying to surprise me asked them to add Happy Birthday to screen to surprise me. He like NO don’t do that.
We know they have cause went for son’s birthday. And done it.

I really wish I got the ladies name but…
I really wish I got the ladies name but i didn't. She was soo helpful. My 6yr old Autistic son wanted to play bowling but there was a wait. My son started to get a little agitated so the lovely lady came round from the counter and leaned down to talk to my son explaining that they have smaller lanes and does he want to go and see them. My son got really excited and said yeah. So we walked over my son was started to flap his hands I'm 100% sure the lovely lady noticed this as she said to us if its too loud she could turn the music down and that she also had ear defenders we could borrow. She then went out her way to get a small seat for my son as there was only really tall seats. My son was so happy with this. He had a great time. I really she I got her name the way she was with my son was amazing going above and beyond with such kindness. Such a great experience.

Excellent School Trip
We were there on two separate days for school trips. We played two games each and all pupils had a brilliant time. It was so easy to book and make slight ammendments. Customer service were very accommodating. The staff at the venue welcomed us and were so friendly. We will definitely be back for a 4th year in a row!

Great atmosphere as was very busy
Great atmosphere as was very busy, however this meant we had to queue for a few minutes to check in, but all staff were very welcoming and friendly.
