Looks great now. Much better seating.
Staff were not amazingly helpful. Stood chatting while we waited to be served.
Unfortunately our lane did not have any medium balls,all large,small or extra small so found it difficult to play well. We even checked on other lanes, that were not in use but no more reasonable weight balls. Apart from that we had a good time for my birthday.

Dried Food, Good Service
Unfortunately since the last experience, things have further declined, the staff for the most part were friendly and great, however the food arrived with the burger buns almost stale, dried up as a whole. Again nothing wrong with the staff, still not the biggest fan of the layout change compared to what it was last year, overall it's an okay option to take your kids out once in a while but not really a place for consistent outings, best to break it up with other places.

excellent customer service
Arrived slightly late, and with one person short. It was dealt with quickly and with no fuss, excellent customer service. Bowling went well with no issues, too!

The bowling was good but when we arrived 10 minutes early we were told that the lane was almost done. In fact the people were in the middle of their game and also wondering off and taking their time and no one was around to tell them they were now 15-20 overdue. We waited nearly 25 mins over our allotted time to start with nearly ten 8 year olds waiting. Apart from that it was all good

We hired the Karaoke room for my daughters birthday, she had a brilliant time, but could have done with longer time, 1 hour is the longest we could book.

Great Fun
Staff very friendly and helpful. Had slight issue with the skittles being stuck but was rectified immediately and did not affect our game in any way.

Party for 10 kids
Party for 10 kids, 8th birthday Laser tag. They all loved it. Pizza chips n squash was plentiful and and kids enjoyed it. Very easy party. Wish it was a bit cheaper.

Brilliant Bowling Birthday party
My Son had his Birthday party and it was all perfect. The table was set up. Food came out at perfect time. The staff were brilliant interacting with the children by giving them animals shape balloons. Everyone was happy and enjoyed the bowling.

We had 2 games each, with food, 4 Adults and 3 Children (5 & 8). Food was good and kids enjoyed the games.
