Happy days
Staff were great again. The place was really tidy to say how busy it was. We come about 3 time a month and never had a bad time. Thanks aging and we will see you again soon.

Great price on 50% Tuesdays, makes a night out really affordable. the refurb looks great and we really enjoyed our games.

The bowling was fine
The bowling was fine, but we think the karaoke that we booked for the same day was somewhat overpriced, so we won't be doing that again, staff were great though.

Treat for grandchildren
Took my two grandchildren last Sunday. I didnt know how to set anything up but a really helpful member of staff came and did it for us. We had the barriers up to help all of us and had a great time. Will return.

Staff were friendly
Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The atmosphere was great, but the food was dreadful. Hosted a kids birthday party in the soft play and not one kid ate their food, it was cold, dry and tasteless.

There weren’t enough balls for the…
There weren’t enough balls for the tenpin. After 10 mins of requesting I received only 2 balls.
3/4 in total and accepted green one all were heavy balls and children were aged 8-12 who were playing.
Than I ordered nacho’s, the food did not come even after waiting went to the tills and asked they said coming. But 5 mins later it did not come. Then a staff member came to check for the receipt. I show them the apple pay receipt paid £8.95 for nachos. In total after 25 mins nachos arrived.

Brilliant experience
I had an issue using my 2 4 1 online so went in and the lovely Autumn said she couldn't put this through and to call customer services. She was so sympathetic and lovely. Just before I got there the customers in front were so rude and literally threw the money at her. They were short and just walked away without any communication. Someone from that party just walked up to her and threw her the remaining money. She handled it like a pro and smiled through it. Anyway,I called customer services and the lady on the phone sorted out my issue instantly and booked me in for bowling with my children straight away. Autumn at the till signed us in and off we went to play.

Booked with Burger meal with my Bowlinh game but they said they had problem and no burgers available so they gave us very small, well tiny pizza you could ever imagine so wasn’t happy as no other alternative option was given!

To little staff
To little staff, had to wait to book in and get served at the bar, only one person doing both as far as I could see. Ladies toilets smelt awful, urine and toilet paper all over the floor, no soap in dispenser.

Had a 3 person £10 bowling and food…
Had a 3 person £10 bowling and food night.
They informed us when we got there (we booked around 4 nights prior) that they had no grill, no fryers so we couldn't have food. They then informed us they could do pizza but it would be a kids pizza and very small.
5 mins before leaving I finally found someone and asked about the food, the rushed back and talked to manager and people and they all looked confused and as we finally left they brought them out and it was two hand sized round pizzas that were burnt and inedible.
Asked for partial refund and was told no.
Sadly won't be coming back again.

Booked online
Booked online, paid for 3 Thursday 2 games of bowling and burger meal for myself, and two disabled individuals (one in powered wheelchair).
Arrived and was told there’s no food. I asked to book us in for next Thursday same time for comp and was told can’t do that. Then was told they had pizza so the two lads was at least satisfied with the fact they would get some food.
Pizza came and was the little microwave ones cut into 4 slices.
Never go again
