The children enjoyed their laser tag and then their food was all ready for them. The birthday boy gifts were a pleasant surprise & added bonus. A great experience!

Staff on the bar were more interested…
Staff on the bar were more interested in stood talking to each other rather than customers, It took 15 mins for them to bring us a drink and packet of crisp, again stood around chatting, when we did goto the bar the guy didn't speak he waited for us to tell him what we wanted, no, what can I get you, thankyou or anything, just the total to pay! Wasn't busy either so no excuse.

The workers here must very unprofessional
The workers here must very unprofessional. I came to tenpin(dewsbury) last Saturday. I was trying to win some prizes on the claw machines when I heard a sudden bang. I looked over to my left and saw a couple who was loudly making out with each other and didn’t stop, a short boy aged 15-16 with a small moustache and a small beard with a girl who was aged around 14-15 who was shorter than the boy but couldn’t see any other details as they faced the other way. This was very uncomfortable for me so I left and will not be returning again.

Fantastic party
My daughter and her friends are neurodiverse and from booking to the party itself everyone was so understanding and they had the best time. The food was lovely. Our hosts were attentive and the bowling pin was a great touch for her to keep. I cant thank the staff involved enough and will definitely be recommending.

Parking ticket received when it says free parking
Lanes are very small. No screen above lane. Drinks are overpriced and food is microwaved. Too many kids vaping on pool tables and to top it all off we got a parking ticket. It says free parking on website. Nobody told us we had to do anything about parking. Absolute joke

Great experience
Great experience, we normally go on Tuesdays or Fridays for the deal.
It was fairly quiet, so bringing in the price deals on Saturdays would help because it’s quite pricey for 4 with drinks.

We recently celebrated my son’s 10th birthday here, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, organised, and great with the kids, making sure everyone was engaged and having fun.
Everything ran smoothly, which made the day stress-free for us as parents. The activities were well planned, and the children had an amazing time. My son absolutely loved it, which is the most important thing.
Thank you for helping make his 10th birthday so special—we’d definitely recommend this to other families!

Great facilities, very slow service
The facilities are great however the process to sign you in for bowling was painfully slow. We were only third in the que, 4 members of staff behind the counter at one point but only 1 person serving customers so we waited 15 minutes to be checked in.
