Overpriced and disorganised
Overpriced, pre-booked food order took forever to arrive (arrived after we’d finished our game) and had another family hanging around waiting for us to finish our game as they don’t give you enough time.

Customer service was poor
Customer service was poor, on arrival was told to go to lane. Lane was still in use with other customers, went back to check and told it was then clear. Had to remove all empty drinks and other items from table and go back to check in ask if someone could clean table.
Played one game of bowling got to last turn and screen went off and next customer name came up on screen. Could not even see results of game that I paid £40 for.
Went back to check to ask how this happened and told the person had just finished and must have closed screen. I expressed I was not happy with the service and manager was called. Advised that as we were able to complete the bowl the game was completed.
£40 for a game that lasted 40 minutes and could not even complete properly, very disappointing.
Staff were not very helpful or competent. First visit here and wouldn’t be eager to return

Love the bowling and environment but we only had heavy bowling balls, so made it impossible for the children to play. Tried to ask others but they were using them. Would be great if staff could monitor and share our equally the weights of the balls.

Food is a let down
Did the escape rooms - titanic, which was absolutely brilliant and I wish we’d have gone straight home after so my review would have been 5 stars. The escape room was really good, quite hard and the staff were just fantastic. Highly recommend!! Unfortunately what really let the experience down was the food! We ordered 4 meals so over £50, they took 45 minutes to arrive and when they did most of them were over cooked. The 2 pizzas we ordered were at least edible. The burger was just 2 greasy patties in a stale bun, no sauces. The curly fries that they came with were rock hard, literally would have broken a tooth to eat them, the hotdog at least came with edible fries but no sauces or crispy onions. Told a manager and they took the curly fries and the hot dog and fries away to replace and explained the kitchen was backed up and would be 10-15 minutes. They arrived my curly fries were better but the hotdog was missing the fries! The place as a whole is very good, but clearly not somewhere i would want to eat in again.

Birthday celebration age 10 and separate adults game
Our pre-booked lanes were ready for us. We were given ample time to finish our games. Staff were very helpful in adding players and making adjustments to the player distributions over lanes we requested.

Went there with my partner and the kids to play bowling then had teenagers in the next lane messing about fighting and pushing eachother who went into my daughter and swearing at eachother when we asked please stop swearing there's kids around they just laughed and carried on not the best experience

Sons 16th…
Came here for a bowling session for my oldest sons 16th birthday. Really annoyed that bowling parties are only done after 10am when we wanted an evening time tough seems unfair and felt like my money was welcomed. Paid for 1 bowling session and some drinks, oldest son loved it, signing to staff was easy. Even went to the arcade and the lady who was behind the counter for prizes was amazing and so lovely to both my younger boys. Couldn't have asked for a better night and definitely doing 1 play sessions instead of a party as it was so much better even when it was busy as it was during the holidays
