We have been dealing with this company for years, and have never had any issue with them. They are great to deal with for a Tenerife trip. The villas they look after are lovely, perfect for a family holiday. We recently stayed in Villa Estrella which is in the village of Callao Salvaje. Callao Salvaje is quiet, but has a good selection of shops and places to eat. The Villa has everything you need for a family holiday. It is well placed to walk to the village, only takes 5 mins. The pool is perfectly heated and the views of the mountains are fab.

Great apartment, very spacious, fantastic roof terrace with sun from morning til night. Communal pool area very nice, spotless. Will book again in the future. Tenerife Villas excellent from start to finish.

Short notice holiday.excellent 1 bedroom apartment 2 Balconies overlooking harbour and sea.Busy area but very quiet.all arranged in one day and met by Harry in apartment to give us all necessary information ..excellent.

Had a lovely time in Tenerife , stayed in villa claudia , amazing villa , big and spacious. Clean on arrival, pool was lovely and garden area. Not the best location for bars and shops etc , hill is ridiculous so defo need car hire , or taxis everywhere. Walk down to beach etc isn’t to bad about 25mins, (downhill) Will return 100%

Easy to book. Good communication. Beautiful villa. A little old and dated which an update would make this a definite 5*, for example, the pool table has definitely seen better days. We had no hot water in the showers which we should have mentioned at the time but didn't. It may have got fixed at the time. Our fault for not mentioning it. Gated driveway and locked entrance gate meant we felt very safe and secure. There was also an issue with a mattress which has been mentioned to the company to resolve. Pool was amazing and plenty of seating. Had to remind them to give us our deposit back which may have just been an oversight as we've had it back now with no issues. Definitely loved having a villa and will definitely use this company again.

Had such an amazing holiday at villa sunshine the villa exceeded are expectations the pool was great the views from the bedroom balcony was unreal. Harry from Tenerife villas looked after us with the booking from beginning to end would highly recommend this company to anyone staying in Tenerife. Mathew

Villa Fairway Village - Golf Del: Sur This is a lovely villa on a quiet complex surrounded by the golf course. There is ample room downstairs, with 2 bedrooms, a good sized bathroom, a spacious lounge and well stocked kitchen. Upstairs is a huge master bedroom, with en-suite, a balcony and views of the complex and the sea. Fairway Village is a mixture of residents and holiday rentals, with a nice pool area that was never overly busy. Being close to the airport there is aircraft noise throughout the day, which could be intrusive, but we found it enjoyable rather than annoying. We did have a couple of maintenance issues during our stay, but the people who look after the villa were very helpful in getting these sorted. Would we stay here again? Yes.

Lovely apartment, had everything we needed, sun on the balcony from lunchtime onwards until sunset. In a great location for us, near to the Porto Colon marina and handy for shops and walks along the coastline and nearby beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay, the location was perfect to all the local shops/bars/restaurants and the beach. The villa was fully stocked with all daily essential needs and Suzanne who met us on arrival was helpful throughout our stay if we needed her. A great central location villa for families.

The villa we stayed at was impeccable and for a family of 15 we thought we may struggle with space! Not at all. Perfect villa for 2 weeks and had the most memorable time! Highly recommend and will use the service & hopefully the villa again!

Fantastic apartment, it’s even better than the photos suggest, in a lovely quiet residential area but close by and walking distance to shop, bars and restaurants. Roof terrace is a superb area and the pool area was great and pretty quiet most of the time. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back when we visit Tenerife again.

Really nice apartment at Mareverde Tenerife with everything you need, could do with new umbrellas and base or maybe a canopy like other apartments had on the balcony, as the wind on a few occasions blew the umbrella out as it didnt seem to fit properly into base. Suzanne greeted us and gave us our keys, she was really helpful and sorted a few issues we encountered asap. Would highly recommend and will definitely return in the future 😊

We had a fabulous time in Villa Paz. What a view! We enjoyed every sunset. Everyone on the Tenerife Villa team were fantastic, helpful and very kind. Any issue we had was seen to and or responded to very promptly. Would definitely look to stay with them again.

We have just returned from our second holiday booked through Tenerife Villas and a good time was had by all again. Very easy to book, helpful staff & very quick response time to any queries. Staff/Villa owners available to contact with any queries and both villas have been brilliant. Can’t wait to book the next one.

Recently stayed at this fabulous apartment , we could not be any more happier with the location and amenities this place has , Everything was just as described and we will not hesitate to book again in the near future, five stars all round 👌

Third time at the villa Tricia and thinking of booking for sept so i would highly recommend as it is near to everything you need and communication from staff was first class.

We, a family of eight, 6 adults and 2 children, stayed at Villa Victoria/Venice for 17 days during easter 2025. We had a wonderful time at the Villa and in this little village. Calla Salvaje has many nice restaurants, 2 grocery stores and one very nice French bakery. The walk is very steep but very doable. We had two cars so we could drive around the Island. There is also a very nice, brand new small shopping mall Rosa Center, nearby (2 min drive) with excellent restaurants and very good grocery store. The Villa is amazing and the pool area and activity area (ping pong and pool table) are great. The interior in the kitchen, bathrooms, and rooms are getting outdated/warn out and tired. Same with the door and windows, need some repairing. Also the two sofas on the upper patio outside should be replaced. Other than this we really loved our stay at the Villa and it had everything we could possible need. It also had good objects for young baby, crib, hig chair and walker. The communication with Barbara was very nice and she answered back really fast. We will definitely recommend the Villa to our friends or be back our self. Borkur & Kristin, Iceland
