The best thing about Tellwut is that they treat their survey takers with honesty and respect. Never have they questioned a problem with a member's survey issue.

I completed many surveys and was not paid I have repeated clicked on the sent link entered my email address and always get an error message and never received payment for the completed surveys!!

The company has contacted me but I still have not been paid for completing my surveys is fact!!!

This is the first time I’ve redeemed through this site.
They have an order section stating when the e-gift card ordered will be delivered.
However the time and date for delivery of my e-gift card has changed 3 times since I redeemed my points.

First it was May 12, 3-4pm
Then it was May 13 4-5 pm
Now it is May 14 4-5 pm

I received an email from customer support on Wednesday May 14 and received my reward GC later in the afternoon.

BTW I don’t remember the exact date I requested the 10$ PayPal payed it last. But you always pay.

Tellwut is a very fun survey company. I enjoy all the surveys & they are very generous with points rewards.

I had started on Tellwut a few years ago. I was ill for a little while, when I got better, I signed back in took a few more surveys. They held my balance and then added to it recently. Now I am going to Walmart. Great Surveys!!!!I I got my e-gift card within 24 hours, right to me email.

I have been using Tellwut for a few years now, I love taking surveys, the people in the comments are pretty friendly, wide range of topics as well as outside surveys that you can try. the rewards system is easy to redeem and they have a wide range of options for your rewards. I have cashed in many times for giftcards that I can either use myself or sometimes I order them for gifts for my kids. love this site and when you have a problem and contact them it is always resolved and quickly - that's a big bonus.

I was informed that my account was closed due to "security concerns" and allegations of "fraudulent answers" in surveys. I categorically deny these accusations and affirm that I have not violated any of the platform's terms of service.

I have always used my Tellwut account in good faith and in full compliance with the rules and guidelines provided. I have never submitted fake or fraudulent answers, nor have I engaged in any unethical or prohibited activities. These allegations are unfounded and lack any specific evidence or details to support them.

I kindly request that the Tellwut team provide the following:

Specific details about the surveys or activities deemed "fraudulent."

Evidence or reports supporting these allegations.

A clear explanation of the alleged "security concerns."

Without this information, I cannot adequately defend myself. I also urge you to reconsider the decision and conduct a thorough and impartial review of this matter. I value my relationship with Tellwut and would like to resolve this issue fairly and promptly.

Please respond at your earliest convenience to clarify the next steps.
