Beware

Warning to future customers..

We had ordered to build a bathroom in February 2026. Work was subcontracted by this outlet to a person called Deddy Sam, he & this outlet to took payment upfront for bathroom work but failed to complete the job and became unresponsive.

Despite repeated promises each week, he never showed up to finish the bathroom.

Moreover, they turned off water supply to my garden & front yard & left without cleaning up the construction mess.

Same for this outlet, still waiting for the delivery of the bathroom fittings we paid for. When contacted one only get excuses & lies.

The work remains unfinished to this day. I cannot recommend this service!

WAARSCHUWING VOOR TOEKOMSTIGE KLANTEN

In juni vorig jaar hebben wij betaald aan Tegel Outlet Aalsmeer voor een complete badkamer. In augustus hebben wij de volledige bestellijst aangeleverd. Inmiddels zijn we meer dan een jaar verder.

In die periode zijn wij meer dan 30 keer naar de zaak gegaan om te vragen waar onze bestelling blijft. Iedere keer kregen wij nieuwe beloftes en excuses, maar tot op heden hebben wij alleen de kranen ontvangen. De complete badkamer waarvoor wij volledig hebben betaald is er nog steeds niet.

Meer dan een jaar wachten na volledige betaling vinden wij onacceptabel. Het gebrek aan duidelijkheid, communicatie en het steeds moeten najagen van onze bestelling heeft ons veel tijd en frustratie gekost.

Wij delen onze ervaring zodat andere klanten weten wat ons is overkomen. Wij hopen nog steeds dat Tegel Outlet Aalsmeer eindelijk zijn afspraken nakomt en de volledige bestelling levert.

Top service.

Wij hebben vorig jaar een complete badkamer en het toilet besteld bij Tegel Outlet Aalsmeer. Wij zijn heel vriendelijk geholpen en goed geadviseerd. Ze waren erg klantvriendelijk en hebben ons goed begeleid gedurende het hele proces.

Onze complimenten aan de eigenaar en het personeel!

Liars and thieves AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Liars and thieves. Delayed delivery by MONTHS when I made the order and scheduled delivery 1 year in advance. AND gave bad advice to sell expensive slabs (260x120) which turned out to be impossible to install or get inside the house, and of course when that happened no money back whatsoever.

They offered to install the tiles (that was delayed by months) and then backed out. I had already paid in full for the tiles (1 year in advance), AND for the installation (6 months in advance).

Guess what, 11 months later I still don't have my money back. Avoid this place at all costs. Never ever ever go there.
