I ordered 2 sweatshirts, I only received 1. The one I got was NOT a sweatshirt, it's some kind of shiny material. Still waiting to see if I receive the 2nd one 🙄

Shipping was super slow Shirt is lovely but the sizes are smaller than expected.

The size was 1 size smaller than usual sizing. I wish it was more to the correct sizing. The stitching was poor. The picture of Jackie and the dates were excellent!

It’s great however the auto ship was not transparent

The fabric is very nice & the rendering of Jackie is wonderful. I’ll be proud to wear it to remember her.

My Jackie hat emblem is crooked :( but the shirts were fine

The shirts are very short. I'm hoping to be able to exchange one for a larger size.

They overcharge you taxes! They do not respond to customer service , I had to go through PayPal for refund of taxes . I do not like the material of the shirt, and the shirt isn't even as pictured. It is supposed to be a skeleton with his arm floating away with a balloon and it's just a skeleton holding a balloon

The design on the recived shirt was not the same as as the picture as ordered the ordered showed a skeleton with a broken arm lifted away by balloon, the shirt recived the arm is joined/unbroken and the saying does not make sense with that picture

I thought this product was so cute, however when it was received it was not as shown. The skeletons arm was still attached to the body holding the balloon and not detached like it was shown. I will not wear it and very disappointed in this product.

My order arrived quickly, and everything is so adorable!

I have tried to purchase a "Jackie" tee and have needed to enter ALL my information three times for three different payment types. I am feeling concerned that each one has bounced back with an "error" of payment failed - feeling suspicious and at risk.

It’s too bad that we are not able to give 0 stars, beware of this site, is a scam, the emails are fake, the customer service phone numbers and emails are also fake, please check reviews before you buy anything and loose money.

I genuinely wish I could rate this with zero stars. I placed an order for $65.00 worth of items intended for the Super Bowl, but they arrived four days after the event. When I reached out to the vendor to request a return or refund since the product was no longer needed, also the items looked nothing like what was shown on the website and are poorly made.

I received an apology and was offered an $11 refund as compensation.

When I pressed for a full refund because the items are new and unworn, I was informed that they could only provide $17 as compensation.

It is evident that they are unwilling to issue a full refund.

PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS! They do not provide full refunds under any circumstances.

I would not recommend ordering from this company.
My package has still not been received, yet they keep telling me the carrier marked it as delivered. One tracking page shows a different status than the one they sent me — one says not delivered, the other says delivered. Which one am I supposed to believe?
Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they repeatedly tell me to “wait 2–3 days” or contact the post office myself. There has been no real effort to resolve the issue, no clear proof of delivery, and no discussion of a refund or replacement.
Delivery took an extremely long time, and customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. It feels like once they have your money, they no longer care about making sure you actually receive your order.
Very disappointing experience
