Very helpful offered to put screen…

Very helpful offered to put screen protector on even tho we knew he was up selling a screen protector and case it made sense especially as he offered a deal to buy them all today. Friendly guys will go back and good price for good condition second hand phone

Customer service good

Customer service good. Was ready when they said it would be. Not sure because haven’t had a chance to see the phone work properly now it had a new battery fitted. Hope it is better than it was before.

Went in to have my IPhone screen…

Went in to have my IPhone screen replaced but on inspection by the staff they pointed out that it was the glass screensaver cover damaged they could so easily have charged for a new screen but they did not Great service

Went in a for broken screen/got a faulty phone back!

Went in with a broken screen and came out with faulty phone screen for 2 consecutive days. 3rd day I return to store (again) and get told that they will put a’platinum screen ‘ but.
... there’s always a but...

The colour levels are much weaker. In other words my iPhone 8plus now looks like someone has turned low it’s screen contrast.

For 2 days non stop I’ve tried calling the Headoffice number ‭020 7384 3633‬ and it rings endlessly without an answer.

Conclusion:
I wasted my money for the repair because I’ve been sold a defective product.

My time spent going back/forth to their store In lakeside.

My phone is ruined and without a display what good is a smart phone ?

I regret ever stepping foot into techhouse lakeside. I should have gone to ‘iSmash Repair’s instead !!!
