Email instructions for changing an upcoming gift basket were a bit confusing. Y'all were super prompt and very helpful with resolving my issues.

We are new at Tea Runner. Our favorite tea, for right now, is Root Beer. The other Teas has favor, with exotic and strange recipes, but excellent to drink. Thank you introducing is with TeaRunner.

What a great service! I love trying new teas and the ones they send are extremely flavorful and interesting. I have two mentions: If you don't like flavorings added to your teas, stick with the black/green single origin ones. A lot of the herbal teas have added flavors. It's not bad, just a note. Second: I wish it were easier to get extra helpings of tea. Often times when I like a tea, so does everyone else and it's hard to get in the shop! It's really easy to customize your selection before delivery and I always look forward to the interesting packaging and delicious flavors!

I love Tea Runners. Great gift.

I tried the pure tea box and overall it was nice but I wouldn’t purchase it again. The positives are that it’s very convenient to get four new teas every month, they each have clear instructions and a tasting profile, and the packaging is nice. On the other hand, I felt the quality of the tea didn’t justify the cost, and I’ve been far more satisfied ordering directly from plantations or tea stores (the quantity is larger but I share with friends). Also, I expected the teas to come from around the world, but the vast majority of the teas were from China, with just one from Nepal. I would encourage tea runners to seek out higher quality teas from a larger region.

I received a gifted box of TeaRunners tea and loved it so much that I decided to sign up for a subscription! The descriptions, packaging, quality, and flavor convinced me. It seems like this operation is headed by true tea lovers and it shows.

I especially enjoyed the unflavored teas, as I am not a mint fan (it makes me sneeze). Therefore, I went with the "pure" box when choosing my subscription type. However, I did also see that if any similar issue arose, or if I was really hoping for a specific flavored tea, I could request to swap out one of the teas by completing a quick form. I really appreciate that option.

I'm definitely going to pay forward my friend's kindness when next I need a great gift idea. Tea makes everything better. Until then, I'm singing the praises of Tea Runners with the hope that more people find and delight in their offerings.

Tea Runners is awesome! First of all, the tea itself tastes GREAT. I love all of the flavors that I got. It was the perfect balance between flavors that I already loved, and flavors that pushed me out of my tea comfort zone. ;) Second, this company is so good with communication. I requested to switch from the original box to the herbal box last minute, and they took the time to make sure I got exactly what I was wanting. I would love to purchase from Tea Runners again! :)

It's been fun trying so many different types of tea every day. It came as a Christmas gift from my sister. The little glass teapot is so easy to use. Much better than putting the loose tea in a teaball.

This service is awesome!!! 30 dollars is a little steep, but bro the teas are amazing!!! Thier so good and the flavours are just to die for. The fact that they send new teas each week is even better.
