TeamKinetic has provided excellent support throughout the implementation of our new volunteer management system. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and approachable at every stage, helping to ensure a smooth transition for both staff and volunteers. Their training, guidance, and ongoing support have been invaluable, and we are delighted with the functionality and opportunities the system provides for NHS Ayrshire & Arran Volunteer Services.

I like Team Kinetic because it is a great platform for both volunteers and organisations. There is a down side which is that it can be difficult navigating it if you are not using it regularly. Its early days for us with less than a year of experience. We do find that the Team Kinetic Team are good listeners and have made significant upgrades in eth last year.

We are a local authority with a very bespoke setup, and from the outset Team Kinetic had no problem adapting to our needs. The implementation process was smooth, and the team — especially Steve and Rolf — were extremely helpful in navigating any issues along the way.

The Team Kinetic staff are responsive, approachable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They are always happy to help and are visibly committed to developing the platform into the best it can be. We have had multiple meetings and asked many questions, all of which have been answered by Steve, Rolf, or Chris with real knowledge, openness, and enthusiasm.

Thanks to this support, we are now growing the number of volunteers we can manage from a single place across Worcestershire, and we’re excited to see where this takes us and volunteering in the county more broadly. Love Volunteering Worcestershire is part of a wider orbit that allows people to get involved wherever they are in the county — which is genuinely incredible.

Team Kinetic has been a game changer for our organisation!
We manage over 150 volunteers throughout the year, across several events and introducing Team Kinetic as our volunteer system has helped us create a centralised hub for everything volunteering related. The system is simple to use, you can customise it for what you need and you are given plenty of support in the development process and during your subscription from a great team :) I would definitely recommend Team Kinetic to anyone who is looking for a modern and efficient system with great support team!

Love the ability to customise groups etc and help is always on hand with support tickets.

Amazing software and people! Makes admin and record-keeping more efficient and brilliant for analysing data and reporting. The staff were also exceptional, offering unlimited support and ensuring a smooth and informative transition to the new system. Would definitely recommend them to any volunteer-based organisation!

Excellent database - really easy to navigate. Area map is fabulous.

Not clear how to use this platform. Need more guidance.

Took several attempts to fill out the form to become a provider before it was submitted. Page just kept refreshing when I pressed "submit" before that. Then when I got through to the dashboard, I was told my application had been revoked.

Have just joined; quite happy to adjust stars in futre

Some of the buttons are a bit slow and unresponsive but that might just be my browser/internet/machine. Other than that? Lovely.

Not intuitive, slow and very frustrating

We had an excellent training morning with Team Kinetic. Steve went through everything in a logical order going over basis functions and new additions to the programme. He made it relevant to our organisation and how we use the programme. He answered all our questions and gave us some great ideas of how to use the programme to support our work - thanks Steve

As a Volunteer Co-ordinator I find this an irredeemable tool. I'm almost angry that this is even on offer and that Volunteer Centres find it acceptable. I have no issues with using computers so this is not a training need but more a complaint about the experience of such a clunky poorly designed site. It has some functions that would be good eg producing reports but I've not managed to get a single volunteer via this to even benefit from a report.
