Dpd customer service is just ussles and not even worth to communicate with them, store also in my example get answer from them only after 2 days.
So in totall beacuse of that had to wait more than a week for parcel.

We are sorry to hear about the delivery issues you have experienced.
However, we want to clarify a few things for transparency: we have been in active contact with you (since yesterday when you contacted us) throughout this process and have been communicating with DPD on your behalf to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We have never told you to wait one more day. The delivery issue originates with DPD, which is outside of our direct control.
We have not ignored you, in fact, we are still in ongoing communication with you at this moment while this review has been posted.
We hope to resolve this for you very soon.
Service was quick and easy
Service was quick and easy. Only annoyance was the lack of space in the cardboard box. I couldn’t get it out. 😅

Snelle verzending. Ik had daarnaast gevraagd om een specifiek pakje en die hebben ze mij gestuurd. Alleen de verzending met dpd duurde lang.

Dank voor uw review, vervelend om te lezen dat uw bestelling te laat aankwam.
Wij zien dat de bestelling inmiddels is geleverd.
De bestelling is binnen onze verwerkingstijd van 1–2 werkdagen verwerkt en verzonden.
De vertraging is helaas ontstaan bij de vervoerder (DPD), die momenteel melding maakt van hoge volumes in het netwerk (dit hebben wij net gezien op de website van DPD).
Wij hadden graag met u meegedacht en gekeken als u contact met ons had opgenomen. Excuses voor het ongemak.

Product met kapotte verzegeling…
Product met kapotte verzegeling ontvangen. Klantenservice gecontacteerd maar die verwijzen je doodleuk door naar Pokemon zelf met je problemen (mag wettelijk niet eens). Ik krijg geen oplossing geboden voor een kapot geleverd product met enorm veel schade aan de binnenkant van de doos. Blijf hier ver van weg!
