Originally I couldn’t pay on line for some reason. Rang them and they took the payment and sorted everything out. The package was delivered promptly and in good condition. The courier rang me as I was out and left the package as asked. All safe and sound

Order not received.
The rating is only 1 star as I haven’t received my TC Fixings parcel. Parcel delivery was attempted but as I was out, it was taken to a local pick up point. I went to collect from the shop but was informed they didn’t have it as they had been closed for refurbishment over the past few days. This is despite me having a QR collection code and pick up point location from DPD. I tried sending a message to TC via their website but this was rejected and stated I was spamming. I emailed their sales, but have not had any reply. DPD eventually updated the tracker to state the parcel is back at the main depot and due to be returned to TC Fixings. Poor service from both TC and DPD, no idea what happens now.

Please accept my apologies that you had an issue with delivery. I can see on the DPD tracking that there was an issue with the original delivery, but that a replacement order was raised on receipt of your email and re-sent to you, and we arranged for the original to be returned to us.
