As for me I am on positive side and…

As for me I am on positive side and ordered there a lot, I do recommend you honestly to buy something from them next time, but if you will have problems with customer service you could always use something like for example good old phone or physical visit;)

Great customer service

Great customer service. I had issues with shipping to the UK and Taylor Stitch were onto it in a couple of hours and sorted it all out. I've always found their clothes to be well made and of high quality. This is the first time I have had to ask for additional service but my experience could not have been better.

Great custmer service. Somewhat lame fufilment system.

They must have changed something. Customer service response was fast and courteous. I ordered a pair of pants and decided I wanted a different color. I contacted them through their messenger app on the site, but they said they couldn't change the color that I had to cancel order and reorder. I also had to contact them about getting the discount for first order which I couldn't apply to my "2nd order" while I ordered online. A bit of an inconvenience but they cancelled order and returned my money promptly. My new order came in a timely manner, and they applied the discount as a refund promptly too.

Awful experience.

The clothes are beautifully made, sourced, and emit a classic Americana that never goes out of style.

The customer service? Painful. I have tried numerous outlets (messenger, email, phone call) to expedite a refund process. Each and every time, I am promised a timely turnaround; yet every time I have been disappointed with the lack of continued communication or follow thru. I’m not asking for my money back, just asking for credit to purchase a different item at TS. Considering how quickly coveted items sell out there, I have reason to be anxious.

Please fix your Customer Service. It is doing the quality of your clothes absolutely no good.

UPDATE: After emails, messages, phone calls, Taylor Stitch continued to kick the can down the road. Surely enough, the item that I had long been anticipating purchasing with my credit has sold out in my size. Because it is a Last Call item, there will never be any inventory again.

Frustrating? Extremely. Until these sorts of issues are figured out I will not be purchasing from or recommending Taylor Stitch to anyone.

Experienced the same level of poor …

Experienced the same level of poor customer service as the previous reviewer (Pierre). Multiple e-mails and same "we're on it" auto response but no one there is doing anything. Did get my jeans, however, but never received an answer to questions nor get the $30 credit for a Cyber Monday promotion. Called the store and they said that they don't deal with online even though the clothes ship from their store. I feel sorry for those who crowd source their projects.

Poor customer service

On August 10, I visited the Taylor Stitch website and added a pair of jeans to the cart, but since I wanted to try again my own jeans for size, I didn’t validate the order. Unsurprisingly, I soon received an “I saw you left some stuff in your cart” email (a kind of email that’s just one step removed from spam). That email said: “Did you experience any problems or have any unanswered questions? If there’s anything on your mind, feel free to give us a shout by replying to this email.” And also: “Rest assured that if any item doesn’t fit or isn't up to your standards, you can return it within 60 days so long as it hasn’t been worn.”

I answered that returning the item wouldn’t be an option for me: I live in France; sending a pair of jeans back to the States would be too costly. I admitted that, as a rule, should something doesn’t fit or please me, I just end marking it off as a loss.

I then proceeded to tell them that, according to their sizing chart, I should get a size 34, but that my other jeans are size 32 — so I wondered if I should go with their chart or with what I usually wear. I also asked about the percentage of Spandex in the model I was interested in. I said I planed to order within the week. Like this review, my email was long but carefully proofread.

I received an automatic answer: “We got your question! We’re on it, and we’ll be back to you as soon as possible.” And they did, the next day, but only to say “Thank you for your feedback, Pierre! It's great to hear from you.”

Uh, yes? And?

In my answer, I pointed out that my original email contained a question.

Time passed. I tried to be patient, but finally, on September 18, more than a month later, I sent them a reminder: “Hm, do you think you'll ever find the time to find the question in this email and answer it?” (My original email was reproduced below those words.)

I received the same automatic answer as before: “We got your question! We’re on it, and we’ll be back to you as soon as possible.” More than ten days later, though, they still haven’t answered. I visited their website this morning and saw that the jeans I wanted are sold out. Clearly, for Taylor Stitch, it means my emails are no longer worth the time answering them would take — if they ever were.
