Frank was so helpful
Frank was so helpful. Perfectly aligned our taxi boxes in our new warehouse with no fault. He’s helped us with quite a few of our taxi box moves, each time no issues and very nice.

Thanks for leaving us with your feedback. The last thing we ever want is for our customers to walk away feeling disappointed with their experience, and we're very sorry if that was the case here.
From our initial review we can see that our driver arrived 30 minutes earlier than the 2pm - 4pm estimation that was provided. We do note that this is only an estimate and may be subject to change on the day which is why we also send our 30 minute ETA SMS which you should have received. We do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and while our driver didn't facilitate the delivery in the end as you weren't home, we can confirm that our team got onto this right away and the delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to give us a call on 1300 87 60 87, otherwise our team will be in touch early next week to ensure delivery went smoothly.

old school service meets hitech facility
How seriously, nice and decent Jeremy is from the Reservoir/Coburg store. I'm a techtard, and Jeremy has been so patient, helpful and worked with me until i had a solution to my app issue, which was probably an Emily issue if I'm honest😅 and has followed up with calls and emails just to check everything is ok. The storage options are fantastic. So easy peasy to access and the level of safety and security is exemplary. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟,

Friendly and super efficient!
Booking easy over phone with friendly staff and all questions answered. Received text night begore alerting of 2hr window for delivery. Then text alerting me they were on the way received within that window. Was able to track accurately via link too. Met driver who was friendly and efficiently dropped off box and provided (paid) lock. All very smooth and great service!
