Using Taxibox was the easiest part of my move. Their communication was fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way. Always showed up on time and answered any questions I had.
Their movers were friendly and efficient and got my 2 boxes unloaded in an hour.
Nathan who dropped off and collected my 2 taxiboxes was very friendly and helpful as well.
I will definitely use them again the next time I need to move.

This was a fantastic service! Craig my taxibox courier was super friendly and helpful. He called ahead of time to ensure that I was happy with his proposed parking location, which when selecting the 30 minute drop off option was super helpful to ensure we made the most efficient use of the time! I will definitely be using this service for all future storage needs!!

Frank delivered my taxi box this morning and just wanted to give him a big shoutout because he has such a great energy and attitude! He messaged me this morning with an ETA, arrived exactly on time, explained the process and was overall just so helpful! Moving is stressful so his kind and friendly nature was just lovely

Lovely driver. Arrival nice and early. Very easy booking experience (I liked how the client services includes follow up and link for payment via text and ability to pay via Apple Pay. All so easy). Jacque s was also great to deal with.

TAXIBOX kept us updated on the delivery time.
Lucas dropped the box. Lucas was very personable, polite and informative. The box was positioned and levelled as required. What was anticipated to be a difficult task was made easy.

This is our first time to use TAXIBOX. From start enquiry with Vanessa, booking arrangwments with Alex F and smooth and hasslefree delvery by Lucas. This service is in Brisbane(Banyo)
We would recommend Taxibox for storage and very impressed with the service.
